We have done a lot of business with this location. On 7/29/29 we rented a 10 foot truck. We realized it was a little too small and asked if we could exchange it for the 15 foot. They said yes. Less than an hour later we returned it and got the larger one. We got charged for the full day rental for the 10 foot even though we exchanged it for the larger one. The guy was extremely rude about it. Customer service was terrible. We won't be going back. I'll drive the extra miles for Enterprise.

Website allowed 4 people to reserve the same truck. Luckily, Daniels had a 10 foot truck to rent to us but the smaller truck required two trips instead of one, resulting in more time and cost for me.

I was charged with an extra fee on gas which was returned at the same level I picked it. I was also charged for mileage which does not include in my drop-off area. Pls kindly look into this situation. Thanks Larry

The online check in process was a disaster. Thankfully the nice woman at the location helped my husband with our “incomplete contract,” (even though the completed contract was emailed to me. I reserved a furniture dolly which was not there, and we were charged for insurance that we declined. Despite these company errors, the staff at the location was helpful and saved what could have been a disaster.

The associate who hooked my trailer on never locked the trailer and it fell off my hitch going down the road causing me to go into a ditch. Thank god I avoided the expressway. Very unhappy considering I almost crashed into a tree.

It was never explained to me that there was an issue with the top of the truck seam and that I could of had potential water damage to my belongings.

The cab was filthy, smelled smokey and has a cigarette butt and used tissue in dirty cup holder . Also mysterious dirt splashed over ceiling. Back of truck was fine. Truck engineering be seemed to work hard and stayed in lower gears, seeming to strain

When I picked Up I had Opted for self pick up. When I went through the process the system advised that no equipment had been assigned and gave me a ‘24 hour’ number to call which went straight to voicemail! Luckily the helpful staff at the location resolved the issue.

When ordering online, actually put the order through. I tried to set my order online and it didn’t go through so I had to go to the location and Redo everything which set me back a few hours with moving

The Pick-up location and people did a good job. The U-Haul customer service from U_Haul customer service "help" line was abysmal. Left on hold and forgotten about, transferred to a manager in a completely different state who knew nothing about the rental. I'm not sure if it was apathy or incompetence or a combination of both. It will make me think twice about using U-Haul again...
