The truck interior was rattling uncontrollably, and the roll up door did not open or close very easily. The steering was also very loose. The mobile pick up wasn't set up correctly from the day before and I had to wait until the location opened, and then do a standard equipment pick up
GREGORY MONCZEWSKIIt would be good if 10ft truck had seating for 3. If going far, only 2 people can travel in the truck, 3 seats or bench seat would be good for another body to help load and unload vs having a 3rd person driving another vehicle to the unloading destination.

oscar velazquezI picked the cargo van up the day before because I wanted to start my day early and they don't open until 9. I brought the vehicle home, parked it on my property. When i went out in the AM I noticed there was a Crack in the front bumper then I inspected the rest of the vehicle and saw green scraps on the driver side of the vehicle. The owners of the property never came out to the vehicle with me to do any inspection or said anything about prior damage when I picked it up. I returned the vehicle hours before it was expected and told the owner of the property about the pre existing damage. He said he'd check the vehicle in but was on a phone call and never left the property. When I got my closing email he sent a report about the damages as if I was responsible. The van was not vacuumed out, it seems to me that this property just checks the vehicles in without leaving their building and has no idea about the condition unless it's brought to their attention. This location is very convenient to my home but I will never patronize their business again.

John JefferisI'm very upset that after returning my truck to U-Haul with $55 of gas and under the mileage that I was given, a charge of $54 was added to my final bill due to a $40 charge for an additional day and $14 charge for additional insurance. My truck was due back at 11:00AM and I got there at 1:15PM. Does that 2 hour and 15 minutes really need to be called another whole day?

Audrey BurgerThis business owner displayed the worst customer service I ever encountered. First, they checked the return in the following day and double charged me. Easy mistake. When I called to inform him he told me he was done for the day and going home, he would have to take care of me tomorrow. Refused to address my concerns and hung up on me. I strongly suggest not partnering with the pompous entitled asshole who attempts to run a business. This was after I walked around the store for 20 mins before finding someone to help me when picking it up in the first place. Pathetic location!

Judith BalockDouble check orders to make sure all equipment is in the truck. The location was fine and the people there were very nice. The only problem with pick up is if you are doing after hours because the app malfunctions and costumer service may not answer your calls or emails.
Nakea LoveThis was a total disaster. I booked my location for North Wales which was confirmed and guaranteed. I showed up that morning and the truck wasn't there. It took an hour to figure out what happened and it turns out the truck was sent to another location 30 minutes away. Incredibly disappointing and stressful and screwed up timing for my move. Horrible experience.

Joseph KiebaRates were more expensive then other locations and he have his own conditions and rules if I dont need it right away or if I have any other option I will never deal with this location ever. All locations need checks and balances for customer service before they approved for u haul .
Umair MirVery disappointed in getting only 3/4 of a tank of gas, which ends up being a rip-off when you have to refill it. We lost at least $12. Per Stu at Daniel's, we took our EZPass transponder, but the tolls have not yet registered to our account. I am hoping we don't get extra charges from UHaul. The truck had nasty partial bottled drink behind driver's seat and very annoying constant whistle by the passenger window. Otherwise, it was clean and reliable, and the gas mileage was good. Our cargo was very lightweight, and the 10' truck got close to 20 miles/gallon.
