Truck was only 1/8 full. Personnel who rent truck weren't there when it was time to pick up and had to call to get them there to pick up. VERY, VERY, VERY, DISSATIFIED. WILL NEVER RENT THERE AGAIN.
Leon VMy only comment would be that I didn't need the truck, which was the only one available within a reasonable driving distance, that I had to pick up on Friday and did not need until Sunday, but pay for Friday and Saturday as well. You should come up with a system where you can pick up a key from a lock box or something like that after hours
Mark LI was running late to drop off the truck. Late by 45 minutes. I get charged an extra $60. Uhaul needs to refund the $60 as I was rushed to pick up the truck and it was not in good condition.
