There was no dropbox to put the key so I just gave it to someone working at the location.
Luzolo MThis location charged me for more time on my rental than they supposed To. I had it for one day and they. Harged me multiple days with a 25 dollar cleaning fee for 2 blankets unfolded. I WILL NEVER RENT HERE AGAIN

Michael MI requested dolies and there were none. The lock took 30 minutes to open to get the key and the app wouldn't read my location properly. I was there for 30 minutes trying to get the truck
Maria DYour mobile pick up system was very hard for an older person to use. I was originally set up to pick up the truck at a manned office. Then at the last minute I was changed to a mobile pick. I had a very hard time. And had to call your customer support. It took me a long time to pick up the truck. I will not be using the mobile system again.
Janet TThe location is very convenient for me. I have complaints about the app. It took me long to get the Uhaul through the app and getting a phone call so you could confirm my other contact. Also to return, the website took forever to load and I had to try three or 4 times until the page would be functional for me to start return the uhaul. Then there is no Uhaul key drop off box, so I stored it back into the uhaul pick up box without being sure that is what you wanted me to do.

Isabela SSecond time we have rented here. Both times the truck bed was dirty and not inspected with the dolly/blanket equipment. This time we asked them to clean it for us. We do return the trucks in better condition then received
Noah AThe dolly in the back of the truck was unusable, the tires were flat and apparently whoever used it last didn't secure it back in its place. It was lying in the middle of the floor when I first got the truck. It didn't matter to me as I didn't need the doll, but I thought it was worth mentioning.
Scott KMake sure nobody parks a vehicle in front of the rental truck. Overall though it was a good experience. The mobile check-in was east. The photos of the truck could be clearer. It was my second time picking up at that location and I'll use it again when needed.
Fred MThe trailer did not entirely match the photos and I never saw inside the trailer before I left the facility.
Ryan DThe lady that assisted me was pleasant. I asked her to ask the person moving the truck if there was anything in the glove compartment and he radioed back to her within less than one minute. This location I do have to say was far superior to the one in Lakewood, Colorado. If I ever have to use a moving company again, I'm very hard-pressed to recommend U-Haul overall.

Gary HAgents are very helpful, I applied for the rental in person ( not on line ) Instead of setting up the pick up details on line, the contract and lock box combination should have been handed to me. The combination never appeared in a Text or Email. Which caused a delay of my schedule pick up. The agents were very helpful in getting me going. The confusion could have been avoided with paper work from the start.
Richard LThe personnel on arrival (for the drop off) were not actually present, which was difficult then to leave the truck. Someone did let me leave the keys with him and he was helpful!

Mark SMy experience was bad because nobody was there to help with the pick up and drop off of the Truck. When I booked it, it you should have said i needed additional information the day of pick up. I still have not gotten my digital receipt yet. I believe there should be some human interaction. All so there was graffiti on the driver's side of the truck, when I picked it up.
Michael WThis is a auto repair shop, along with a pickup place for uhaul rentals. Because of this, the trailer was stored in the very back of the lot, between junk cars. We had to back our pickup truck into a very tight location, and it took several attempts to get the trailer out of the parking spot because of all the junk cars around it. Please have them keep trailers in a more accessible location or do not have this as a uhaul rental location.

ALLEN PWe were encouraged to use the app to check-in since we were picking up the truck early. In short, the app sucks. We could not get past the review order page. Thankfully, Dan showed up early and got us on our way. He was professional, truck was ready, and we were on our way.

Collie NThe truck had a "3 Seat" Front. But it was more like a 2,5 Seat in the front. A NORMAL SIZED ADULT can not sit there. This is a Corporate Office Complaint though.
Ernest WUhaul website rate 0 stars because uhaul called me the day before and said I had to pick up in Crystal lake and fox lake even though I made it weeks prior. Dan's auto body experience was 5 stars and great experience!
Chelsea JWill rent from UHaul and this location again. Pickup was easy, and using the web link to finish dropoff documentation took a bit longer but was still pretty simple.
John TThe online checkin was absolutely horrible. It took over a half hour of messing around on the website and the ios app to actually get the keys from the lock box. And the hold time for customer service was over a half hour. Pathetic. Absolutely, utterly pathetic. Figure out your %&*@ing software uhaul.

emily jThe experience I had with U-Haul was poor. I reserved the trailer at my local store nearly one week prior to the need. I was directed to pick up the trailer from a location farther away, due to a scheduling conflict. The day before I went to the second store to pick up the trailer, the second store had the wrong trailer. I was then directed to a store further away to find the correct trailer. When I went to the third store, I was treated as if it was a privilege for me to be there. I received the trailer, returned it in the time I rented it for, and was charged two additional days than I had rented it for, finding this out with an U-Haul internet prepared invoice. I will not recommend U-Haul to anyone, and will consider alternatives to U-Haul in the future. U-Haul did not perform as I was told, changed the reservation, and took more of my money without a say. I predict nothing will be done to improve my experience, because my reservation, my expectations as a customer, and my dissatisfaction will be lost in the priority of the U-Haul way.
