R L BeaubienProcess returned vehicles first thing in the morning. They failed to do so, and did not put my rental in the system as having been returned, and I got repeated calls from the main U-Haul business claiming that I had yet to return the truck, when it had been turned in the night before. Very unhappy

Kenneth HoweThis location was 48 miles from my original reservation. And did not have the blankets I paid for. The location was fine enough and the owner was very friendly and pleasant, but U-Haul really dropped the ball on my pick up.

Casey RollefsonEugene office called me after setting up my pick up with the Yoncalla office, and tried to make me drive the 26' truck I rented to Roseburg for the vehicle trailer I needed, using my time and my travel miles to do so. Darrel called and arranged to have the trailer moved to Yoncalla so I could pick everything up there. I'm not sure why Eugene is trying to steal business from Darrel's office, or why they're okay wasting a customer's time and miles, but it was unprofessional. I'm just thankful Darrel was able to get it fixed.
JOSHUA LAWSONI very much appreciated the gentleman taking the time to speak to me like a person. A person answers the telephone when you call this place and they are very neat people. :) I enjoyed the small town interactions most definitely over sitting on hold to speak with someone who doesn't even know how to pronounce Oregon or Umpqua... I was very personable and real. 5 stars!
sherri benningmake sure the guy who is at the shop or location is there on time so people dont have to Drive an hour out to the location and then be an hour late to the appointment wasting that much time so it delayed my move. He said apparently he got a text saying 11:30 when my phone got a text for 11 when the appointment was scheduled and he was still not there until 11:50 anyways so he still would have been late!!

julie rutherfordI made reservations online using my debit card, when I arrived to pay my card was considered prepaid. Could not be used without paying deposit. Location can't accept cash! Very nice, awesome people though they were great.
Jeri AgeeUhaul needs to update the software correctly. These poor people had to spend a ton of time to get it to work. This though was a great place to rent from, they were so nice, and went over and above expections to take care of us. Pass along a big thank you for there great customer service

Deanna MullSometimes pulling in and parking can be tricky at this location. But overall...excellent customer service and attention to detail from the entire staff at this location. GREAT JOB....Yoncalla team.
Martin CuteThey thought the reservation was for the following day... and thus were not at the uhaul location at the pickup time... had to wait over an hour for them to get back, which screwed up the timeline and logistics we had setup for our move. Not a huge deal, but certainly a inconvenience. The owners were super nice once they got there and took care of us.

Michelle HaynesI was told to drop off at a location that did not have any emoloyees working and when I was told by the 800 number when I was at the drop off location they told me to drop the key and leave. This has cost me another additional cost of over $70. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Oh AND I forgot to mention that my reservation was set over a month and a half before the pick up date.

NEFETARI RAYNOLDESGas was empty, they put a gallon in and gave us a 30 credit, but it took 80 to get it to the line that it was supposed to have started at. The reservation was for 9 am but had to call the business number to get someone down, it took 40 minutes just to get someone there (they were nice and polite though and offered free moving blankets that we didn't need) Then it took them entering the information three times before it 'worked' they charged my card one dollar, and then the regular uhaul fee. We were on a time crunch to move and we were unable to meet our deadline because we received our truck an hour late, and had to miss work in order to finish the move.
MELISSA ERPDarrel was half and hour late for our pick up, and the paperwork was quite slow which left our loaders waiting over an hour to start work.
