Make sure to tell your customers if they can park their car in the lot that they rent their uhauls from. My car got towed because i wasn't made aware of the fact that i was unauthorized.

ROSEANNE ARemember when I said the lady on the phone updated my drop off location? So I go there to drop the truck off, and try to process the drop off in the app. Lo and behold, a destination that wasn't even on my rental contract OR the one the lady gave me on the phone was apparently the place the truck needed to be dropped off at. After a 20 hour day or so, the best the customer service person could do on the phone was say "sorry but if you leave it there we'll charge you $700." Thanks so much! How silly of me to drop it at the place I was told only to be threatened with exorbitant fines. Took about an hour to get to the "right" place and at that point we were working on a 20 hour day; I was more than done with the entire thing. UHaul has lost a ton of consideration for future business from me. Would not recommend from a servicing standpoint. The truck was fine at least.

Nelson PThe only complaint I have is I had to park my car down the road at a local hotel, then walk all the way back to U-Haul because according to the "owner" you can't park your car at the location. If you do leave your car at the location he would get your vehicle towed! How can you operate a business like that? I will not be returning back to this location for any future rentals. I would prefer driving to a farther away location than renting from this place again, thank you.
EDUARDO GNone of the equipment that I reserved was available. Nothing was communicated to me beforehand. I picked up the truck later in the day, so had to do my entire moving carrying all the boxes and furniture on my own. The locker on the door was also broken, so I had to figure out a way to secure it once all my things would be staying inside the truck overnight. It was an awful and stressful experience!
Thiago BDrivers should be provided acopy of the last maintenance schedule on the vehicle. The vehicle tire pressure was off by 10psi plus, which caused the front to shake. And the vehicle needed an oil change.

GERMAN GThe van was dirty and I had to clean it. However, when I returned it I forgot two boxes in the back, it wasn't done intentionally but I was charged $25. They could have given me the courtesy of calling me back but instead I was charged. How is it that I had to clean the dirty van but I had to pay $25 for the two boxes.

bolsrond vThe attendant was great, store was clean, truck needed servicing. As there were several messages on the dashboard and it was also evident in the noises that the truck was making. There was no obvious way for me to verify the mileage on the truck when it was given to me or when I returned it.
Michelle CGuy was not nice. Made me drive off with a truck that did not start at first. Told me it's all he has and I have to deal with it. Truck did not start at my other location. Ended up getting a roadside assistance. Poor experience but roadside assistance I give them 5 stars. The call cetlnter they were all fantastic but the location that I rented are very poor at customer service
James aHave the equipment requested. The truck doesn't have the dolly that I reserved, they had other and ended charging me the expensier one instead of honoring the price to make the customer happy.

Jose LThe Van was VERY difficult to get into based on the configuration and the seating area was very small as well. I had to raise the steering wheel to actual get behind the wheel. Definitely not a VAN rental I would suggest to anyone. Passenger trucks and moving trucks yes, but VANS absolutely not. I will never rent a van again unless it is a GMC and easier to get into.

Joey NOverall, the vehicle was in decent condition with the exception of the cab. There were large booger(s) in the console/cup holder area. Sounds childish but it was rather gross.
Patricia KHave people working there available to park the equipment in the tight spaces themselves. I had to back a trailer up over a curb onto grass while blocking two lanes of traffic. I feel this was not my responsibility.
CULLY MMostly a great experience. However I would advise if there is no dolly, maybe remove it as an option at check out. It's very frustrating to get to uhaul and find out a critical piece of equipment isn't available. I don't think that's ok. This also isn't the first time I've had this experience. I wouldn't mind if the site just had something saying the dollys are sold out for the day. I can plan accordingly. But to find out once I go pick up the truck doesn't sit right with me. It threw a wrench into my moving plans and could have been prevented.
Aviv SBoth weekends my truck was not avaiable and they had no dolly's or anything. I never received the contarct 24 hour call prior if my truck was not available. I have rented 3 times from this location never again
carol mThe people here were inattentive and unwelcoming. I parked the truck on the side of the building next to the other trucks. The guy drove the truck out front to come in and tell me I was all set. He parked behind my vehicle making it difficult to back out of my parking space. I couldn't understand why he did that. It makes no sense. I will not be back to this location and I will tell others to avoid it.
