The "key drop off" box was hard to find. There were no signs on glass door advising box location. Luckily, there was a lady that pointed us in right direction.kevin H.

They did not tell me to get a dolly from the hallway so I went all the way to the moving location just to find out it was not in the truck as expected. They thought it was funny. I did not. When you book a truck on line and needed furniture pads and appliance dolly that does not mean you actually get it. This location did not have any of that stuff,. I suggest basing the selections on your website on the location selected inventory. I would of then known I did not have all I need BEFORE the day of the move. Very disappointed with that. WHAT UHAUL place does not have this kind of equipment? It should be standard to have all the equipment that is presented on the website as available. This is not the location fault but again they thought it was funny and did not care I did not have what I needed to move appliances. I had to do a rush to Walmart to get stuff to pad the furniture. Again not a good thing to find out the day of.laura H.

Reserved an auto transport along with a 15' cargo truck And did not have the transport there when I went to pick up, I called to verify the night before and he said everything was there and ready. The location was great! The phone wait times for U-Haul customer service are frustratingly long! By long I mean 20-40 minutes! The customer service representatives were great once you actually got to talk to a live person.Daniel F.

I ordered a 20 foot truck with a dolly... Got it confirmed. When I got there, they had a 15 foot available and no dolly. I took what they had because I was desperate. I called to complain and was told I was getting a 50 refund for wrong equipment. I told the car that I now had to do two trips. I was led to believe my extra was covered but they charged me 70.00. I still haven't received my refund.Timothy G.

They double charged me, I only drove it 45 miles and I filled the tank back up and they charged me 99 $then 89 $and we even cleaned the truck, the quote said 39 $I won't use them againBlaise N.

If someone is going to be a u-haul rep then they should know how to handle any situation that arises. I went to pick up my truck, and the lady charged for insurance that i didn't ask for, and then she didn't know how to fix the problem. I am the one that had to call the u-haul rep, and let them know the problem, and the woman i spoke with assured me that a 100 dollar required deposit would be reiembursed when the truck was turned it of which it was not....NOT HAPPY with the overall experience.Beverly C.

Personnel not really helpful, not at location at scheduled drop-off time. Due to work schedule, my wife had to return the trailer to this location and the person responsible was not helpful in unhitching the trailer, doing post-trip inspection of the trailer (to ensure no damage done), nor in verifying that the rental contract had been closed. My wife contacted Priscilla in Florida to check on the contract status and due to computer network issues on their end could not verify the contract was closed so she helpfully referred my wife to U-Haul corporate who was able to confirm the rental contract status. Overall, we had an excellent rental experience at the pick-up end and a poor one at the drop-off end. Any future drop-off will probably be at a different U-Haul dealer.James L.

This was scheduled to be a one way rental, but ended up being a return to pickup location due to computer glitch requiring a 120 mile return trip because no locations in Morristown, TN would not accept truck. U-Haul Customer Service/scheduling was no help whatsoever. Terrible experience... was told by customer service this issue was an issue at many other locations as well on this particular Saturday.John W.

Proper customer service training in needed for this location. After standing in the office without being greeted for 10 mins, I began wondering around the shop and found someone, who right away seemed upset that I wanted a uhaul. The entire interaction seemed to upset them and I was rushed out of the office. When I inspected the unit and found several problems, I was told it was no big deal and to just call the 800 number. Even though the rear door cables were broke and it was near impossible to open due to the overwhelming weight of the door. And found out when loading our stuff that the door would slam closed without warning.. almost causing injury to myself and my wife. I brought the unit back within the hour and was told they couldn't help, and that I could get a different unit, but would have to pay another rental fee. I've come to expect not so friendly service form this location, but the rental truck was terrible. Was previously smoked in, roaches coming from the air vents, food and gum in the floor, and a really bad "dead animal" smell in the cab. The rear compartment had not been swept out and had a bad odor as well.Harvey W.

Charged for two dollies for two days. Only had one day and ONE dolly. Said 7/8 tank.of gas. These guys do lawn mower repair and should know the vast difference between 9/16 barely over a half and 7/8 almost full. A 29,95 a day truck cost me. 306 for one day less than 50.miles. wtf. Caused my bank account to be overdrawn. Never ever use uhaul again. I will tote the stuff on my back first.Luther aka Sam K.
Somebody used my and name and email to rent a Trailer. Please contact Oceanway Tire to ensure they review IDs before they rent their equipment. The credit card and phone number were not mine.
