Location was in the middle of a homeless encampment with multiple people appearing to be tweaking out on drugs. While not feeling safe in the location the app continuously froze causing me to have to stay in the unsafe location longer. On top of that the lock box to return the key did not work properly and there were little to no instructions on how to return the key.

Slick and easy and convenient as it could possibly be. Customer service at pick up/ drop off was perfect friendly competent and efficient.
Michael RI picked the rental truck after hours. After doing my walk around, I noticed the passenger side mirror glass broken and the blind spot mirror removed. This is a major safety issue. I had my wife follow us home and I replaced the mirror and blind spot mirror to not delay our scheduled move. U-Haul and its dealer put me and my family in an unsafe environment. I'm out of pocket with my money and time to repair the mirror. Very unsafe by U-Haul and not a great customer experience on this rental.

Leon WDon't send them to an unmanned location. Your U-Haul app is a stinker. Spent 45 minutes on the phone with your help personnel and even they couldn't get it working. Finally directed me to a local provider, should have done that to begin with.
Jim FI'm not sure what was going on with the check in process on my reservation. Perhaps it was a one off experience. I was overcharged. I spent 45 minutes checking in and out. Was extremely painful process.
ALEX LThe trailer was in rough condition. When I returned the trailer he said it looked good. Later, after I was gone he added a cleaning charge. He said I had hauled insulation. I didn't haul insulation at all. I hauled a completely wrapped tub and left nothing in the trailer. This merchant is guilty of fraudulent behavior.
Gary KEnsure that if customer requests certain items with truck (and an email is sent to the customer guaranteeing said items would be available), then those items need to be present at pickup time. Additionally, drop off procedures should be the same as all other locations (i.e. the app) to prevent confusion on the part of the customer. Finally, a padlock should be provided to customer to prevent theft of both the customer's items (when truck is in use) and Uhaul's items (when truck has been dropped off).
Nicole HI would recommend it if pickup is during business hours. The mobile pickup and drop off was a little clunky.
Elli SNeed to have trucks available per time discussed. We waited an hour for the truck to arrive and then anither 30 minutes for the paperwork. Also, a business should be able to print receipts without delay. We waited approx. 40 minutes because they were having issues with the printer or something.

Lawrence JWe completed everything on -line to make it quick however, it took us 45 minutes to pick up our trailer. They wouldn't let us take the trailer because they weren't sure our F-250 could pull a 6x12 trailer. They had to call to get additional permission. Then we were asked for a 3rd form of idea because we had a South Carolina drivers licenses and picking up the trailer in Florida and returning it to South Carolina. From start to finish it was not a pleasant experience and should have never taken 45 minutes to rent a trailer.

Deborah CWe were told the truck had 1/4 tank gas. It didn't. It had the equivalent of 26 miles. we were only given 1 copy of contract. The man at this location said we could drop off truck at Alexandria City 26 miles away from our house. We had to find a drop off ourselves but the drop off was never manned so we had U-Haul call us 3 times to ask where was the truck. Bummer. The truck held all of our stuff which was great.

michael bYou are charged for your mileage and I was given a location across town! So in result I had to pay for even more miles. There were so many other locations that were actually on my side of town.

Lane IThe truck wasn't all to bad but definitely need to see a repair shop for cargo area and didn't request or want dolly but one was in the front seat so not all bad but didn't use it… really main issue is the self checkin was a nightmare had to restart almost all the way at the end and key box could of had better instructions so self drop off… But couldn't call customer service practically due to the wait times being 20-30 mins. Although the second customer service representative was extremely helpful.

Dianna MI was quoted a price of 19,99 for a open trailer. Was told I had to buy insurance,9.99. I had no 5 way plug for my trailer lights.They didn't have a loner so I had to buy one from them,20 bucks.Very expensive for a 8 ft trailer for 3hrs.Im not please in the least with U-Hauls policies and will not use them again or recommend them.
