The gentleman was polite and attentive however he was over 20 minutes late and I had called the previous to confirm the 10 o'clock opening time. The equipment was dented and I only received a verbal acknowledgement of the condition from that location

Not sure how it happened but I reserved trailer at one dealer in town but trailer was delivered to the other dealer in town for pick up, other than that the experience was fine.

This is the second move where I am at the location and equipment has not been assigned to me. When I call the 24/7 number, customer service has nothing but attitude and can't explain to me why we can't be assigned the truck that we are parked beside. My favorite was customer service asking "well what do you want me to do, you aren't getting the key to that one." I want you to do your job. After spending $1000 over the last two moves with this awful company, I can honestly say I would rather push my furniture with my bare hands for miles than use this disorganized company.

I arrived at 9am to pick up with my mobile app. App was not working. I called 800 # but couldnt help. Location didnt open until 10am. It was very frustrating when you promise a 24/7 experience.

It would have helped if the drop off location had any idea how to helo us. If its supposed to be a self serve pick up then provide the customers clear instructions. My elderly parents were supposed to pick up keys which turned into an hour and half of frustration.

Very poor reservation system. Made reservation online. It was cancelled after I received a call from another location informing m Palmer location did not have the equipment for my reservation. When I called the location in Palmer, they did indeed have the equipment and they made the reservation for me. When I arrived on the pick up day, the reservation they made for me was again cancelled but yet they had 3 trucks the size I needed. Also, I rented the truck for 24 hour period. I returned it within the 24 hours and was charged an additional $20 for late return which was not late. I will be disputed that extra charge. The location person in Palmer was excellent customer service. Automated reservation system and billing was VERY POOR.
