The application showed a utility dolly available along with medium sized moving boxes but when I arrived the representative said none were available and that they never have them. She kept suggesting that I cancel the order all together and go somewhere else.Aaron L.

i HAD REQUESTED A FURNITURE DOLLY, THEY DID NOT HAVE ONE AND i DID NOT HAVE TIME TO GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION.Carla C.
We reserved at the u haul 800 number they directed us to the garner location. We got there and the do not have blankets or dollies of any kind ever. The truck was dirty front and back we had to mop the van to get the oil up. The air conditioning did not work. We had to have a truck or I would have declinedRalph B.

I don't know how you can improve it but the internet is very difficult to navigate for me but the website did make it easy would have preferred just the location I could have gone and rented a truck from I guess those days are over The truck wasn't really clean wasn't that bad but the equipment was nice someone left their mask in the truck along with a Sprite bottle which didn't get in the pictures but no one likes to move but your truck did make it easy for me thank you for that. and as far as location great place for barbecue I just wish I was better at the internet thank you again.JAMES M.

The man who accepted the return was dismissive and asked me to wait while he assisted other customers who arrive AFTER me. I waited in line for my turn and was then asked to wait. It took an additional 15 minutes after an already stressful moving experience.RONEITA S.

Please speak with the location about properly training employees to use U-Haul software and procedures. The employee did not know what to do to rent a uhaul when I arrived.Sergio R.
Do not send anyone to that location. The individuals were not sufficiently informed. The individual could not operate the software. I was charged for items I did not want and was told I had to have or could not take the truck. I was there 1hr 45min.Debra M.
They were unfamiliar with check in process or payments. Took a long time to check in. The ladies were kind but were not trained to know what to do. When I returned the vehicle the owner was rude when I let them know the gas gauge may be broken. He laughed when I told him and maybe he tampered with it. Who knows. I would not do business there again as the uhaul at 45 and Monroe is fast, kind and very well trained.Jocelyn S.
