The place on Nova rd in Port Orange was horrible. We had a reservation for 10 nobody showed up til 1230 AND she then did not know what she was doing. She FaceTimed her husband to walk her threw the steps. Now that half my day was wasted here i will not recommend to anyone.

After 40 minutes I had to show and explain I asked Corp was I correct and yes was the answer. I have never worked for uhaul nor do I know your application.
CLAIRECE O.Location wasn't open and a note posted on the door referred next door business to assist. Individual was inexperienced with the entire process. Equipment was previously used to haul Christmas trees and was filthy with dried branches and tree needles stuck to the interior and exterior of the equipment. Trailer incorrectly attached and disengaged from my vehicle before I could drive a few yards.
