Employee who helped us was rude to everyone in my party as well as the previous couple in front of us. He was unprofessional and selfish and only seemed to care about himself and his time. I live uhaul, but would never go to this location again.Whisper E.

The Owner over this U-Haul building was very rude right from the start. Not helpful at all. He was very Misogynistic. I called in and my pickup time was at 8AM. I told him I was just down the road but I would be a few minutes late, he proceeded to tell me that my pickup time was 8 and I needed to be there then (Very rudely). Got there @8:02, walked in. He said he needed my ID, Phone, and a Card. Forgot my phone in my car and he scuffed at me and told me to go grab it. I gave him everything he needed and he was doing things on the computer and then he swiped my card. (I did not realize that he was using the card to pay for my bill, I thought he was matching my name on my ID to the card, like some other places do) I asked him if he was having me pay on that card and he said "Yes, you know you have to pay for this right?" I told him what I thought he was doing with my card and let him know I needed to use a different card because that one had no money on it. He then said, "Oh Yah! Sure! How about next time you hand me a card that works huh?" Paid for it, he handed me the keys and took me out to the truck. Went on to ask me if I had ever driven a big truck like this and I said, no but that I had driven a pickup before. He tells me to get in the drivers seat and starts Meticulously showing me details about the truck that Everyone Knows. Do I know my MPH? My RPM? Gas pedal? Break pedal? The answer is yes, yes I do. Kid you not I got a rundown for like 20+ minutes on everything that makes a vehicle run. It was very degrading. At this point I really should have just gave him back the keys and asked for a refund. Near the end I was going to be late for my drop-off time, so I called him to let him know to tell the other people who were picking up the truck. He made me feel so bad for it and basically said I needed to be on time. I'm not gonna go 120 MPH in a 18ft something truck. Dropped it off and he continued to be rude. Top 3 worst experiences with customer service. Will never go through U-Haul, probably ever again, and most definitely not this one. I think about it now and I realize if this Narcissist hadn't wasted my time in the beginning I would have made it on time. Ended up in total costing me 4 or 500 dollars for everything. Understandable there was a late fee but it should have never been That much. If you are a women. Do Not Go Here. PLEASE!Rebekah P.

The guy running the place was very rude and was mad at me because I came close to his closing time, which is allowed on the site and the closing time was not shown, and because he didn't get his lunch break. He made me come the next morning when they opened, but no one was there for about 30 minutes after they were supposed to open. I would have gone to another location if there had been one available.Jakob H.

Truck wasn't terribly dirty but was a little clean. I needed to move my time up for pickup and had a difficult time having this location move my time up for me. I eventually had to call the main corporate line.Trac N.
The guy that ran the place when we picked it up, was talkative and scattered. We were supposed to get our truck by 9:00 am, but he was way behind on other customers in front of us. We didn't actually sign for the truck until 10:30 which threw off our schedule and other people were waiting for us. Plus his office and surroundings were VERY dirty and cluttered. Extremely dirty. The truck was clean, but only 1/4 tank of gas in it.Brian T.

The attendant/owner of the location was absolutely terrible, unhelpful, and unfriendly. He completely lacked any care toward providing quality customer service and treated customers as if we were incoveniencing him! The property had absolutely NO signage directing customers of where they could park a rental for return, or if the parking lot was full, where additional parking could be found. I followed online return directions and went to return the key to the designated box, and was then yelled out for putting the key in the box. I will NEVER use this location again.Kayla D.
Walked in to what looked like an abandoned body shop. Employee who then helped me made no eye contact. Either way, half the time he wouldn't even be able to see my face because he had his feet up on the desk. Upon return he I felt trying to avoid me. I had to follow him around and when I returned I asked him if I just gave him the keys or what he wanted me to do. He said, yea just give them to me or not I don't care. I like Uhaul but will definitely avoid this location at all cost!Luis F.

This was the worst customer service ever! Whoever answers the telephone could use some basics in hospitality services. I've never been to Logan and the address didn't clearly pop up on my Garmon, i drove over 12 hours to get there and this guy was such an asshole! We arrived to drop off the trailer a day early and near the end of their business day. There were other customers already being helped so while waiting they took a look at the trailer and showed us where to disconnect it. Then they said that we didn't have to wait and that they would ensure we got an email confirming delivery. An hour or so after business hours we got the confirmation email! No clear direction on where to park upon arrival. The gentleman at the location was extremely grumpy and unhelpful. I very much felt like I was a major inconvenience to him. He was condescending and rude and made me feel stupid for doing the best I could to both find a place that was out of the way to park the truck and to return it with as little inconvenience to him as possible.Scott L.

We paid with one card on the phone and ended up having to present another card, which was fine, but in the end they charged the wrong card. The worker at the pickup location was very rude and was looking at pornography on his computer while we were there. Uhaul has a pathetic policy of making you return the truck with the same amount of gas as when you took it (half full for us), instead of just making everyone return it full to ensure you only pay for the fuel you use. We will strive to NEVER use uhaul again.Josh L.

I will never use uhaul again and would never recommend this location to anyone. Lowell was absolutely insufferable to deal with. He is rude, refuses to acknowledge that he has spoke to you on the phone before, messes with the time frame you have booked, and is no help resolving any issues or questions. Plan on hearing that it's â€œnot his problemâ€ or â€œmust be your phoneâ€ when mobile drop off does work. I can't believe uhaul would let this clown be a representative of the company. In the website, show alternate offerings. It shows alternate trucks available for the two locations chosen, but I had to manually go back and choose the â€œaround townâ€ option so that the truck was returned to the same placeJarrett A.

We have used Uhaul several times and this was not a great experience. Gentleman at pick up was very short and complicated things by not listening or wanting to hear anything. Maybe it was because there were other people waiting and he felt rushed but had he taken a moment then it might have been better. When we dropped off the trailer there was no one around.SHARA K E.

The gentleman I worked with showed up 10 minutes late for our 9:00 AM pickup and ignored me until I walked into his office and made contact. His manner was unfriendly and condescending. The truck was dirty on the outside and the windows cloudy, but otherwise in good working order.Nathan B.

I was in and out quick and the fella that helped me out was amazing, funny, and made sure I had all the info I needed to feel comfortable renting this uhaul truck! Thankyou so much for your service! Honestly, I was kind of worried about this location because of the reviews but everything went really well. I used the mobile check in stuff which made it really simple and easy, and I could just pick the vehicle up whenever. Someone helped me when I returned the truck, so there was a little bit of confusion about where the keys ended up because I didn't complete the rental through the mobile app. As long as you're willing to be honest and follow the directions given, you don't have anything to worry about.Evan R.
The truck was very dirty and looked like it had sat for sometime. This location has a ton of trucks and the guy is friendly, however, the truck was so dirty, we had to go clean it before we started....nobody gave us credit for that! We returned it in much better condition than we got it and then got over charged for our rental. Boy....what bad business practices! To which the chat person disconnected me because I wanted my overcharged amount back. Again....what bad business practices.Pete C.
Look into the sketchy DD Heavy Towing location. No one was there to open the doors for business at 8 am. In fact, the only people there were customers like myself, and a four others, and the county sheriff. Even the sheriff was looking for someone at the business. No one ever showed, so I parked the truck appropriately, and completed a self return process via the website, uploaded the photos of the truck as directed, dropped the keys in the dropbox and left.Thomas C.

I chose this drop off location because of the ability to do a mobile drop off. I wasn't sure what day or time I'd be getting in, and I'm a woman alone. If I can avoid strangers in a new place via a mobile drop off, that's my choice. I dropped off the trailer and input all the mobile drop-off info. About 5 minutes after leaving, I get a call from someone at the location, and he said â€œyou didn't fold the blankets you used and you didn't come insideâ€ with an incredibly disrespectful tone. 1) No, I did not come inside because I had a mobile drop-off available and it was a Saturday afternoon. That also means he was watching me out the window of the shop as I struggled to park the trailer in a good spot. Disrespectful and creepy. 2) I did not fold the blankets I used, true. I used 3 of the 6 I rented. The other 3 were unused and folded. The three I used were piled on top of the new ones. I have my entire printed rental contract here, and no where does it state the blankets need to be folded upon return. Between family and I, I have rented uhauls with blankets at least 8 times and have never been disrespected for not folding 3 blankets. I was told there would be a 15 $charge for not folding the blankets. I will be disputing this charge.Lindsey H.

Get another employee. My reservation came up under my daughter's name and Lowell told me I couldn't exchange my name with my daughters. I insisted and showed him my confirmation number. He grudgingly typed in my name on the reservation. He was not helpful: He didn't acknowledge that I had talked with him the day before He circled items on the contract without a verbal explanation and when I questioned him after the rental he said he had explained things because they had been highlighted. For example: I filled the gas up upon return which cost me way more than I used. He said I should have stopped at 3/4 instead of filling it. â€œI can't siphon it out, you knowâ€. There were a few leaves and twigs in the truck when I returned it and Lowell said, â€œthe truck is filthy â€œ. I swept it out. No inspection or comment from Lowell. He was grumpy and accusatory. I will not be using this location again. The man that was working at this location was very rude and degrading. I did not sign up to do the self-serve option through the app, but to check in at the location. Yet he refused to help me because I need to use the app. After calling the U-haul office, they told me I could not use the app because I didn't choose that option and he finally helped. He continued to make rude comments through out the process. The equipment was great, but the location and customer service was not worth it.Wyatt M.

The pick up location was very professional and helpful, but this was not the location we were scheduled to pick up from. We were scheduled for a pick up location 100 miles away (West Valley, UT). We made a reservation for a 26' truck weeks in advance. We were informed one day before pick up that the West Valley location did not have a truck for us. We were moving to another state and absolutely needed the 26' truck on the scheduled pick up date. We were offered a 15' truck instead, which is not even comparable. The closest available location for a 26' truck was 100 miles away. It took 4,5 hours of our time and we had to pay for fuel for the uhaul rental and our personal car in order for us to go pick up the 26' truck at the Logan, UT location. We were not given enough miles for our full trip, so ended up paying for additional miles. The entire experience was very, very frustrating. I am very hesitant to recommend UHaul based on our horrible experience. I feel we were overcharged considering we had to drive 100 miles to go pick up the rental that was originally reserved for a location less than 5 miles from our home. We also had to pay for the extra fuel for that 100 miles for the uhaul and our personal vehicle. We will seriously look at all other options available before using UHaul again because of this experience.Nick O.

Not the fault of this location, I was diverted to I'd because my original location didn't have any trucks, and I'd only had a smaller truck. Due to using a smaller truck than originally ordered I had to make several more trips than planned, incurring more mileage and fuel costs than would have been if the truck I reserved had been available.Stephen T.
