I only have one complaint . Because of a situation , there were not enough funds in that account to cover the automatic payment . I was not aware of it until a couple of days later . It is not our main account . I received no notice that it was declined so I had no idea . When I realized it I immediately covered it and called the office . It went through and when I checked my account it was 10 more and was told by Susie that it was a late charge ! For being 3 days late ??? It was the first time and a complete mistake . That is completely ridiculous and then I got a letter warning me of future late charges after 10 days . I would warn people about that if iI was ever asked about your business .SUSAN J. | Expérience générale
