The check in on phone due to being closed on Sunday was not easy. I had to call for instructions. The girl I got was very nice and did help me nicely. There has to be a better check-in for older people that do not understand new technology. One last thing the trailer has no tongue support. It took 3 guys to lift trailer off car. I could not pick it up at all without assistance it was real inconvient The trailer was good with no problems

The truck over heated and it tool 3 hours to get a repairman to get there and just to tell us that someone had over filled the radiator and it should be fine and turning it in was not as easy as it was supposed to. There was no apologize for making us 3 hours behind schedule.

This location was very helpful in trying to problem solve us returning equipment that wasn't confirmed as rented to us. They also helped to make sure the faulty dolly was deemed unsafe to use without repairs.This location was the only positive part of our experience
