The issue here was not with the location, just the GPS coordinates were incorrect and had me driving in a circle. The drop off location was fine and the exit process was a lot smoother than the pick up.
Matt SReturned pads to original rental office. We're supposed to email me confirmation of return. They never sent the email and the return U-Haul office tried to charge me for it. Also, took several days and multiple phone calls to get my final receipt emailed to me.
GEORGE DDue to a website error, our reserved vehicle was not available, but Andrew, who I believe is the owner of Decent Ride, helped us to get a vehicle at the same price and with no hassle at all. This move was a stressful one, and without his help it simply would not have been possible.
ALEXANDER SThis was an horrible experience for me after dealing with the first site I had gone to in Alabama. Unprofessional, no knowledge of customer service and I believe the site is a coverup for illegal activity. Even the site I returned the truck to was professional and did their jobs. Decent Ride did not want to do the U-Haul contract part let alone do the work that comes with the contract with U-Haul. Horrible service
Marilyn BThe stepping rail on the side of the vehicle was falling off no one I was told it was a brand new one the seal on the window was coming off it acted like it didn't even want to go and it's so freaking old it still has a gear shift up on the steering wheel no one it says it's brand new the back of the vehicle had white powder in it when I got it they didn't even do it inspection like any other place does they just give you the key and tell you to go get it go find it there was no gas in the damn thing I had to put gas in it just to be able to make my trip and then they had the nerve to charge me over $100 when I didn't even go more than 10 miles over what I asked I was going to do they didn't give me a receipt they was late getting to the property so I was late getting my vehicle I just won't go there again that was ridiculous I'm very unsatisfied
Laura JCustomer service was taking care of another client when we got there so we decided to turn it in via the app. When he finished up he came over and asked us if we were all set/ did we have any problems/ is there anything he could do for us.

DONALD LIt was very difficult to tell how to get in and out. If we had gone in the marked entrance for 42, there is no way we could have navigated to the lower back lot where the trucks need to go. (Thankfully we accidentally went in the exit). There were no instructions about where to park. The back lot is big and the key drop was very visible, though.

TRACY RBetter Uhaul signage, I missed the entrance the first time. And didn't realize it was in the back of the dealer. It's a very small entrance for larger trucks, and you also have to drive past a bunch of new cars and it's a tight squeeze. Owner met me outside, super helpful for check in support. Very nice guy, clean and safe location.
