The only problem I had was when I checked out after returning the vehicle,’ I was charged twice for the trip. Thankfully, Seth and his associate at the location were able to rectify the problem. They were extremely helpful.

I was not able to respond to all the texts you sent since I didn't have internet access/wifi away from home. I would prefer NOT to rely so much on a cell phone. But I love working with the folks at this location. I understand that they are limited to one cargo van but that's all I need and want.

Seth who helped me rent the truck was very helpful during the rental process. Although when we received the truck there was broken glass everywhere, my belongings that were placed in the truck had glass all underneath them. The guys did not realize the glass and started loading right away. When I went in to the truck to put a box into It, I stepped on a piece of glass which went through my flats into my foot. We had to clean it out. It was very frustrating and this was the last thing I should be doing during my moving process.

That your rep give out correct info, I was quoted a price of $1.19 per mile when I stop by for a estimate but when I pick up the van 3 days later on Sat morning the price was $1.39 per mile
