The on line pick up/drop off needs some improvement. It's very complicated and long.

Kimberly MGood location but would have preferred Ringoes as it is closer to where we live. Extra miles to pick up exceeded the base allowed miles and had to pay 0,4 cents per mile related to picking up the truck in Frenchtown.
STEVEN POnly issue I had is with truck itself. Although less than 30k miles, it didn't sound too good. Also some of the gauges on dash didn't work consistently and I found the side mirrors impossible to adjust.

Kenneth MDelVal storage was fine. The billing through UHaul was awful. I ended up with charges and more. Claims a credit card didn't work and yet it functioned for other purchases. I was outnof the country. What should have been a simple auto-pay was a nightmare. I'm glad to be done with the UHaul system. I was told my boxes could easily be delivered to another location. Just because I was going a few miles across a river it ended up being such a costly and involved "deal" I moved the stuff myself. Had I known this I would never have left my things in UBoxes in a barn. The reason I chose the option was for the convenience of moving to the next location. I would NEVER recommend UBoxes. I was so disappointed. The "idea" was so appealing. DEL VAL STORAGE staff was great. No blame on them at all.

thomas fBe able to let customer start approval process before they get to the site. This location was in the middle of nowhere and not safe for a person alone at night. I would have felt more safe completing the approval process before I arrived.

Yes, I would recommend them to a friend, and more than that, I think that U-Haul is very fortunate to have these folks representing them. I have rented from U-Haul many times over the years, and would not recommend all locations - but this one, I most certainly would!

Richard Every friendly and helpful. Did advise me that I could select a closer drop off location when I arrived in Florida. this turned out to be incorrect and led to two locations refusing to accept the trailer, including one that had told me two days earlier that they would accept the trailer. Trailer was very beat up on the outside and leaked.

Gordon LNo issue with DelVal storage. Kim and Ryan were fantastic and very responsive and friendly. Issues with uhaul boxes only. Furniture had mold from moisture in the boxes and some uboxes had water in them. Would not recommend. My stuff was in storage for 3 months and all boxes were damp, the moving blankets were damp and furniture had mold.

Paul ROur first time here, wasn't aware of this uHaul location. Very pleasant and helpful, offered us moving blankets when we realized had forgotten ours. Very spacious lot for cars and trucks.

john vEveryone on both sides of my rental were extremely courteous and everything arrived on time and in good condition. I would highly reccomend this service to anyone I know who is moving in the future.
Scott OI stopped by this rental location the week before the rental date to make the arrangements. My only complaint about the whole experience is that even though the paperwork had been done in advance, it still took 40 minutes to get the keys and on my way. This significantly cut into the time I had available to use the van for the task.
wilson iNo signage - no idea where to drop off. No one to accept and check the return. Useless.

Mary hopens at 9am but no one there til 9:30 a.m. for pick up. Truck was for 1 bedroom apt, as long as you have no appliances had to make 2 trips :( sold locks but they don't fit the truck, was for storage units. Very nice people and truck was very clean and appliance dolly is worth the $$

Robert FStaff were very friendly and helpful. While this facility is much smaller than most, I was able to pick up the equipment with ease and felt very confident in my ability to use the truck and car tow bar (which went perfectly). All your staff should be this excellent!
James CI didn't receive the size if truck I ordered, there were blankets all over the back of the truck, AND I was charged for a dolly I was never provided. I will never rent from Uhaul again.

I received a call that the big antique printing press was available for pickup at 10 am and was able to arrange for the trailer and be on the road by 1 pm - and back in the shop with my load by early evening. It was *great* to be able to make this happen so quickly - and good that they had a trailer available when I needed it. Very pleased all around...
