Can make it easier to find the key drop-off spot.

This should not be a drop off location. It is a very tiny and scary looking tow company with no real parking lot. We literally just had to leave the truck and trailer out front. We dropped off after hours so I can't speak for staff but I would be afraid to drop off here at night or alone.

Nothing this location is very clean and the employees are excellent. I'm glad the U-Haul location across the street from them moved. I've found my new go to place

It's wasn't the location it self but the equipment had a light out. I had to drive about a mile to get the light fix but when I arrived I was told no one was there to fix the light. I drove over 6 hours to pickup a auto trailer that needed to be serviced. It was the inconvenience for me. This delayed my return by over an hour.

They have RATS! and lots of them! 2 of my boxes were bitten into, FECES EVERYWHERE, some shoes had PEE on them, I threw them out in the trash! I also payed a late fee which was not even waived for me, considering the damn unit HAD RATS! Disgusting and terrible service the manager was cold and uninterested in helping me or waiving the fee! You people are terrible I will not be recommending or coming back ever again
