DIM SThe truck delivered was cleaned poorly and was smelly! I called to asked for another truck since I needed it for a clothing show! They told me if I was not happy with it, I shoulv've told them there, they were no other available. The supervisor was there when I called. I spoke to him on the phone, I told him I was going to send pictures but the email he gave me came back. And he did not call back to follow up either! The employee was smoking in front of me while I was looking at the exterior of the truck for inspection! Only did a quick visual inside but did not smell it because of the cigarette fumes. When I called for the reservation, I asked for an inclusion of 1500km for my rental but they gave me 999km included with the week rental! The owner kept telling me that the estimate I had online were never good and that the Uhaul site for reservation was crap! Better to do it with her since she owned the thruth (and showed me a photocopy of uhaul prices)! She knew I was going to Toronto and thats why I asked for 1500km back and forth) she did not give it to me instead she charged me extra km. When I returned the car I was also charged for an extra day....I dont know why because I returned the truck at their opening, I used it for 5 days only. I tried to asked them question regarding the extra Km and day and she denied ever earring me say that! She was arrongant, not looking or listening to me and turned back everything into my face without even trying to listing to me our find a way ....her explinations were not clear just trown into thin air...it was her way or nothing! She shut me out and told me I was baned from Uhaul!!! I have had my business for over 20 years and never would i treat a customer like that. I would like to have an explination on that extra day fee has I did not use the truck and brought it back at the good time. If someone from the customer service can call me back i would appreciate it, I will not engage into another conversation with the owner because I know to well how it will end! Also I will not set foot in that place ever again either! Their reputation follows their action, now I understand!! And the cleanliness of the establishment reflects the poor quality of their service! I have rented cars and trucks all over the state, Europe and Canada never had an issue ansd service like that! annie bYour website is not impressive, you can put a little love ... Your trucks are great, but you will have to adjust quickly with the new and more strict French Quebec laws as all the safety warnings are in English only everywhere in the truck...Canada is a bilingual country with two official languages. I like U-Haul, used it many times ...Thanks

Harold GConvenient location off highway. Small though so difficult to park.
Jean FIl serait plus facile de remettre le camion avec le réservoir plein que de le remettre au quart ou au tiers ou à la demie. C'est difficile de jauger à la pompe ce que l'on doit remettre dedans, surtout lorsque l'on ne connaît pas le réservoir de son camion.
