Harry WI was charged a wrong location fee by this facility. I guess the personnel was nice & helpful enough. They directed me to Uhaul business office. This lady was rude & pretty much told me she couldn't refund me bc I signed the contract. I told her the rental location even confirmed with me that they in fact do tell customers they can drop off at any location. She had no empathy whatsoever to my situation. I asked for a contact person over her head. She gave me another number. This lady was much more pleasant but still could not issue me a refund. She said she would pass my number to the person that could discuss and/or issue a refund. No call yet but she did say it could be tomorrow. My bank account is negative due to this unexpected charge...as well as all of the money spent to repair, haul, and tow my truck this past weekend when I was stranded 3 hours from home. Does UHaul want to be a company that helps customers with a big move or through a crisis or do you want to be a company that makes things difficult & adds to the stress levels of your customers??
Laura MRented a uhaul and it was double booked per Uhaul. I never received ANY updates about the truck rental or anything. No one wanted to even help me and kept passing me on to other people. While Depot Pawn and Gun was awesome but Uhaul was anything but kind. I will never choose Uhaul for any of my renting or storage needs. Super bad customer service.

Dan CAndy and his employees were extremely wonderful. I came from Orlando to pick up my stuff from Alabama and he even called me when I was on my way up to let me know my trucks were ready and even hooked up the car trailer for me. Very nice people excellent service.

Carl SIt takes an act of Congress to do self pickup. I was not aware of or prepared for how much information I would have to give, how many phone numbers, etc, I would have to provide etc in order to obtained n my key. It was ridiculous! Very bad experience on U-Haul's part. Not a reflection of the business where I picked up the truck from. There was absolutely nothing wrong with where I picked up the truck, just Uhaul's. Will probably never do self check-in again. Way too much hassle!

Cleo GDespite checking in on line the day prior and declining the "safe tow" insurance, the pickup location added the charge to my reservation without telling me about it. Had to call UHaul to get charge removed/reimbursed. Still waiting for reimbursement.

Julius HI was shocked at the total for the $19,95 van I rented! I asked for it for one day, to be returned to the same location, with the possibility of 2 days. I have the equipment contract with estimate, which shows $84,4 for 2 days. I returned it in just under 24 hours having used 104 miles. I ended up paying $93.21. For a $19,95 rental. I feel like this is a perfect example of very misleading advertising, like a scam, but sadly from a well known company. I doubt I will use Uhaul again and will most definitely not recommend it to anyone. I am fairly influential in our community and will tell everyone I can how Uhaul is misleading in their advertising. I believe in the end I may have been charged for 2 days. I would appreciate a call from someone at Uhaul (not the local dealer who was polite but at the mercy of Uhaul practices.)
