Louis RMy initial paperwork was set for the Columbus location as initially agreed upon at Detail By Shone location. The app for some reason had set me to drop at a whole different town 15 miles away. Shone got it fixed up. Thanks Shone.

Misti HShone is the easiest person to work with. He is very attentive to the customers needs. The pick up and drop off were less than 5 minutes which was great since I'm a super busy person. I'd definitely rent from him.

David LThe latch on the door of the trailer was horrible. The spring on the roll up door was too tight making the door fly open with you unlatched it before you could get it in the stored position make the latch then get caught up between the trailer wall making it almost impossible to get it unstuck to pull door back down. The lock on the latch also failed on my way back and the door flew open going down the highway. I have rented a lot Of trailers from U-Haul and this trailer was awful to deal with. It didn't tow very well either. Was squirrelly on the road more than others. Not sure why. None of my complaints are against the dealer himself but the equipment needs so maintenance.

The location isn't pretty, but the equipment is always there and the most important part is that the folks that work there are always great and the service has always been top notch. I will continue to use this location because the folks and service are so great.

Kerri RTow Dolly likely had some damage that I was not aware of upon initial inspection/pickup (as I didn't know what to look for.) It later had a tire blowout, and required replacement mid-trip. The truck was fine, apart from having to drive from Austin to Columbus to get it, and back, which is no fault of the location's. It is obvious that the U-Haul business is a side gig for this location; I recommend cleaning up the premises to a higher level of presentation. I get that it's a small town detailing place, but still.

Terry PThe place we picked the UHaul up was average. The personnel was very friendly and it was a fast transaction. However, I had recently reserved a 6 x 12 enclosed trailer in Victoria, TX where I preside and when I called to verify my rental, the worker informed me that the trailer was ready to go and available for pick up, but when we got there, they had downgraded me to a 5 x 8 without informing me. I drove all the way there for them to just cancel my order because that trailer would not be big enough for what I needed. No one from the location ever notified me that a 6 x 12 was unavailable. Therefore, I had to drive an hour out to pick one up last minute. Not pleased.

Thomas ARun down ex has station, came I guess after hours, front door was unlocked but no one there. No drop box, had to call customer service on what to do with key. You need a new location for this one.
