The location had no signage and the trailers were stored behind a garage that you could not see from the road. Luckily a gentlemen answered the phone and gave be directions - I never would have found the location on my own. Not sure why I would be instructed to drop off at this location when they are apparently closed on the weekend. The gentlemen at the location was very helpful and friendly - just need to do better marking location with signage so easier to see. Also don't like dropping off trailer with no paperwork or evidence that I dropped it off... The gentlemen said he would do the paperwork on Monday when he was open - which he did. But still prefer to know that my return was registered at the time of dropoff.JOSEPH M.

The pick up location was not a problem. They had done what they were supposed to do. The issue was on the Uhaul side and the ride share not being set up properly. I was on the phone for almost an hour with customer support before she transferred me to ride share which i waited another 20 min to answer. the ride share support solved the problem however it was an hour after i was supposed to have the equipment to start moving. I specifically called two days before to ensure everything was in order and was assured it was and was given instruction on what to do when i got there to pick it up. The problem is it did not work.Robert D.

I tried to drop my equipment off for almost 2 hours and no one responded. When someone from UHAUL did, it was late. I then was charged an extra day even though I dropped it off at the location my contract told me to. They charged me 158 dollars and now I have no money for my move.Payton M.
