The biggest issue with the whole process was not necessarily with the people. The person at the pickup location was very helpful. He helped take care of everything for me. He had to do that because of my complaint. The online system was horrible. I kept getting alerts about checking in, etc., but nothing seemed to work so the attendant had to take care of everything for me.

This location is near an old junkyard of cars from the 50s and 60s in the middle of an urban area. In fact, some of the junk cars are near where the trailers park and let me tell you, this was so cool for me! Even though I live here and drive by often, to be that close to so many classic cars was a treat. Also, the lot was pretty full and clearly one of the last people to drop off their trailer was not as skilled in reverse as I am which made backing my trailer into an open space all that much more challenging and engaging. I did it! So rewarding.

So not rent a uhaul from this dealer. The entire parking lot was a sheet of ice, the truck got stuck in the lot, and it was a giant piece of garbage. The cab was filthy on the inside.

This place was nasty and I never saw anyone. I knocked on the door at this business but no answer. I dropped the keys in the box outside and left. Even the person that picked me up said, “where the hell did you find this place.” I won't use this place again for drop off.

Not over charge and still charge me for things 2 days after I rented a uhaul and they gave me the wrong size truck

Not give me a truck with a dead battery, charge me for a dolly that was already on my paid invoice, and then charge me for an extra day that my contract said wouldn't occur.

The attendant stated the location was closed upon designated arrival on 10/1/2021 before 12pm. Attendant was courteous and stated he was on vacation that day. He said to leave truck in the yard and the truck return would be processed the following week when the location was open. He said I would not be charged for any additional time or fees.

When I went to pick up the rental, I had to walk behind the building where through the grass and what turns out to be a septic leak. When I opened the back to make sure there were 2 furniture dollies that I rented there were homeless people in the back and no furniture dollies, unacceptable. I called the company immediately to inform them, they said to make a note when I returned the rental. I made a note when I returned the rental and was still charged for the furniture dollies and no one seemed to care that there were homeless people in the back of the vehicle. What if I hadn't checked the back and just drove off. Overall an unpleasant experience.

The location had no signage and the trailers were stored behind a garage that you could not see from the road. Luckily a gentlemen answered the phone and gave be directions - I never would have found the location on my own. Not sure why I would be instructed to drop off at this location when they are apparently closed on the weekend. The gentlemen at the location was very helpful and friendly - just need to do better marking location with signage so easier to see. Also don't like dropping off trailer with no paperwork or evidence that I dropped it off... The gentlemen said he would do the paperwork on Monday when he was open - which he did. But still prefer to know that my return was registered at the time of dropoff.

The pick up location was not a problem. They had done what they were supposed to do. The issue was on the Uhaul side and the ride share not being set up properly. I was on the phone for almost an hour with customer support before she transferred me to ride share which i waited another 20 min to answer. the ride share support solved the problem however it was an hour after i was supposed to have the equipment to start moving. I specifically called two days before to ensure everything was in order and was assured it was and was given instruction on what to do when i got there to pick it up. The problem is it did not work.

I tried to drop my equipment off for almost 2 hours and no one responded. When someone from UHAUL did, it was late. I then was charged an extra day even though I dropped it off at the location my contract told me to. They charged me 158 dollars and now I have no money for my move.
