I would have liked it even better if the cab were clean/deodorized. Smelled like sweaty person needing a bath.LOL. YUCK :( Needed it ASAP!! So it'll slide by. Thanks

Terrible experience here. I was 35 minutes late getting my truck because the clerk didn't show up to work on time. Equipment was not on my truck, when asked the clerk had no idea about anything. I had to run around town to find dolly hand truck and appliance blankets.

I elected to pickup truck in the office versus online/mobile.....I thought it would take 5 minutes. No other customers there. I left 1 hour later......person said waiting on system...which I did see was taking a long time. Not sure if internet connection issues in the rural area or Uhaul system. When I tried on my mobile phone (Samsung Galaxy S20) I also watched the system asking me to wait to upload drivers license photos etc so I believe it was Uhaul system issues (which I read online about a lot!).

While the location and location employees were excellent in helping, the rental did not have all the required equipment from the order, and the billing and reservation were unsatisfactory.

Their address is wrong in th UHAUL system. No dolly, refused to give me a partial discount for all the time I lost and the fact that they did not have the equipment I reserved.

Reservation was for pickup at 0700. Developer n did not set up reservation so I could not pick up vehicle cle until 0900. Was overcharged more than the printed reservation.

This company charged me for excess mileage. I only live 4,5 miles from the storage facility and the woman working that day charged me for 44 miles. This is an incorrect charge, when we only went 10 miles.

Office was locked at irregular hours. My equipment reservation was incorrect and I was over billed, despite having discussed this in person

The manager who assisted my sis and I with the rental was great! He answered our questions, gave us tips and tricks, and provided us with a great customer experience.

Couldn’t give directions on how to get to, charged extra for gas that should NIT have been plus mileage due to uhaul mistake

Performed as if they NEVER received any information, training, or knowledge of any kind regarding UHAUL matters. In which pathetically, it MUST be true. Because, it cost an absurdly amount MORE then intended, and ended up leaving me financially STRESSED MORE than I already was with my move, transition, time, etc. Very disturbed, overall with Uhaul.

You have the wrong name listed as the return location. This really threw us for a loop as the gps could not find the address; and the name of the facility did not match what uhual had listed.

We arranged for drop off at this location to find out there is no Four State Storage at the address provided. We had to scramble to figure out that it was actually Devon Storage, on the other side of the highway. We were not able to talk with staff there due to returning it just before their business hours.

This is not the name of the location. The name of the company is Devon Storage. Maps take you to the wrong side of the highway and when you try to call the number provided, it has been disconnected. Tried to call U-Haul, was put on hold and disconnected on twice. Googled the address to find the correct company, called Devon Storage and they told us "yeah, the information has never been updated on U-Haul's site". When we finally got to the location, the truck was not ready for us. I had checked in on-line and prepaid. What should have been a quick pick up. Turned into an hour and a half mess. And, when I complained that I had hired people to load the truck and I have now paid for an hour for them to sit around, I was told "Sorry". U-Haul you just cost me over $100 for labor I did not use and did not provide all of the pads I had requested. You at least reimbursed the $10 for the pads. I have used U-Haul in the past with no problems. I will think twice about relying on your website if I ever use you again.
