The location was not only unavailable for renting the truck they provided erroneous information that delayed the rental. When I returned the truck they were there they were rude and unhelpful. Worst customer service ever

The two ladies working the counter were absolutely amazing.and made me laugh

Attendant said they did not have room for the transport (although a Uhaul representative called and told me to take it to this location even after I said I would rather take it to another location). Had me leave the truck and transport at the location anyway and said they would have Uhaul come a take it somewhere else - great customer service!
