Michael H.Offer a half day price rate. I had the equipment back in two hours. Personally, I thought that was a little expensive. I had a need and uhaul offered me a way to it done. Overall I am very satisfied.

Elizabeth S.The only thing I didn't like was the fact that UHaul has to call and confirm a contact they ask you to confirm. Doing it on a phone that has slow internet to begin with. And then having to make sure the person you put down is home and answers the phone. Took Entirely too long for this process. I'm renting a truck, I have rented from U-Haul 3 times in the past few years. Don't feel you need to call someone that the customer knows to confirm his identity. I will be sure to buy a hitch and trailer so I don't have to feel like I'm buying a house when trying to rent a truck for a few hours
Emerald G.Problem isn't with the location, my problem is with corporate! Reserved a trailer at the U haul in my town, day before I'm scheduled to pick it up I get a call to confirm my pick up in a town almost an hour away??? Was told the trailer I had reserved had been moved to another location. I find a trailer at a location that is on our trip path, stop to pick it up and it has a flat tire. Owner calls corporate they find one that is another 30 minutes out of our way, I say ok I'll do it if I can return it to the original location by my home, was told sorry you can't do that! Really?? Was told I would have to bring it back to that location, which would be an over 2 hour trip for me. I didn't put myself in this situation, U Haul did! End result, I had to spearhead the effort to get the flat tire fixed...it's not even my trailer! I would appreciate contact from someone in customer service please.

bryan G.I didn't expect to wait in person as long as I did. I completed express check out on line, but the day of pick up I had to give same information.
MARIAN H.I had rented a uhaul back in last December. Now I actually put less mileage on the one I rented in December then the one I rented last Saturday. I had to pay $126 for going over the miles and a maintenance fee for the one in December and got money back for the one last Saturday. I feel that there was a issue with who ever wrote down the miles in December of 2019. And would greatly appreciate it if we can figure something out. Merci.

Daniel M.Rich in this office has helped me for the third time in a row now when I have dropped off the rented trucks at his dealership. Only good things to comment on here.
daniel M.Stop with the masks & 6-ft distancing already. We must deal with Tommie the Commie in PA. But Drs Fauci, Brix, and Redfield can't come to an agreement. Air flow follows the path of least resistance around non-fitted masks. And sunlight is a great disinfectant.

Albert D.I rent the 6 x 12' cargo trailers. Why these don't have a tongue jack is a puzzle to me. They are difficult to hitch and unhitch by myself. The safety chains are so long they will drag on the ground unless you use a bungy cord to keep them lifted up.
Gary R.It's very difficult to get up into the cab because the 1st step is quite high up. We could use trucks which have a pull out step to make it easier to get in-and-out of the cab. That was the only problem we had all day.
linda F.The cab was dirty. I was handed keys after he drove the truck out to me. There was no explanation on driving or truck features. The appliance dolly was not strapped in. It was left to slide all over the truck.
CONSTANCE W.My only negative experience was I didn't realize what trailers they had on site because when I tried to book online it showed nothing available at the Tunkhannock facility. So I reserved equipment 45 minutes away until I drove by the Tunkhannock site and saw a trailer that would work.
george M.All the staff at this business (carquest) needs training in how to rent a trailer. Seemed like Billy the only person knowledgeable and not there so person behind counter had to be walked through whole process by Billy over phone. When we arrived late to Wilmington, NC and dropped off trailer. Man at EZ Mart said “paperwork here says we owe you $502 and I can't open safe because my boss has key ! My husband and I stunned ! Told him $60 was due for deposit only. The man behind counter perplexed and so were we. Told us to drop in next morning (Sunday) My husband left, had to be back in PA to run our family business. I was very scared to go alone to take care of the deposit. The EZ mart is a very !!! Sketchy place. I wish we had returned at another location but this is what popped up on my phone and we were not familiar with area. So that morning tried to speak with owner (who can barely speak English) about crazy issue and why night employee wasn't sure what to do about deposit. I tried explaining while very questionable characters came in to buy alcoholic beverages. Owner refused to give me Deposit. I had to stand there and explain over and over that I did not receive deposit, he acted as if didn't understand. (I almost called police) Finally after raising my voice to him he handed the $60 cash deposit to me. I was exhausted from the whole experience. The mess up all started in Tunkhannock but the owner of EZ mart not a person of integrity.
