I used the Truck Share 24/7 service as I needed the van for the evening. We waisted 30 min of our rental time trying to receive verification for my son who was driving the van. I had entered all of his details online at point of rental but there we were, waiting for U-Haul to verify his picture and Driver's Licence. Then, locating the correct van, and the key was another disaster. The keys were locked in another u-Haul truck which was backed in against a wooded area with very long grass and uneven ground. My son felt he was in nettles or poison Ivy because he started itching all over his legs. This should have been parked with a much easier access. We needed to use the windshield wipers on our trip and there was no washer fluid. Returning the van at night, made taking pictures very difficult. We had to find a bright post light in the middle of a parking lot to do this. Both my son and myself reviewed the information and watched the video on how to access the rental prior to pick up. I had even called the location earlier in the day during the hours listed for clarity of the process but no one answered. I strongly recommend a 24/7 hot line to call if the customer has any questions during the process. This was not a positive experience!

The location was disorganized and severely understaffed. More important, we booked a van and a furniture dolly for our move. When we arrived, the staff were serving a customer, offered them a furniture dolly. The customer indicated they had 3 dollys but perhaps could use one. It was the last one there. It was the one we booked. As a result, we had to drive to Home Depot and rent a dolly at a higher price, incurring unintended mileage on our rental. The experience was not good and I would like someone to contact me for this.

Awful experience!! First of all they gave our rental away after we reserved it two weeks prior. Than charged my friend credit card after I repeatedly said do not and have them the debit they were supposed to use. Than charged a extra 150 !!!

The staff were amazing and very helpful! U-Haul as a company however is not doing a great job with the current vehicle inventory situation. I "reserved" my 26' truck order on May 29th almost a whole month before my move date of June 25th. Only to be called less than a week before from a helpful agent to tell me that the reservations aren't actually reservations and that the U-Haul trucks are being left further in Eastern Canada and not in anyway, being brought back. I get that it would be incredibly difficult with the variables of drivers, fuel and time to bring back even half of the vehicles being used to travel that way however, don't tell your customers that they have a truck reserved at a specific location for your exact trip details only to have it sent across the country. I'd rather go into the experince knowing it is unavailable from the get go.

Nothing much ; it is good the way it is. I asked for a 26 footer and it was not available so they have me a 20 footer instead which added 4 houres to my move I had to do it on two stages. They have me a discount on the milage to cover for the smaller van which was nice but the 4 houres was a little too much work for me.

The UHAUL app doesn't seem to work well. Have tried using it for pick up on several occasions now and it can't seem to get past the uploading of photos. As for this location I think the service is great and they do a good Job.

There was no license plate, just a temporary plastic plate. I was asked to write this up in my review. The person at the desk who helped me was very pleasant, quick and able to answer all questions I had and set up the trailer for me. Very easy to deal with. Thanks!!

Give the customer what they booked for. We got screwed around by 3 different people representing uhaul. Horrible customer service on the phone . Dis organized company. Will never use uhaul again and I will not recommend the company at all. I will be posting on social media and online how bad your company is. I will be contacting head office management. Not happy at all.

I'm very happy with this location. The person working was by himself running upstairs to the office then back down to the parking lot many times he was very friendly and I think today I received the best costumer service I have ever gotten at a uhaul location. I will defiantly be checking with this location to see if they have the equipment I need to rent before going anywhere else.

I have rented from this location many times over the years. The service is alway excellent and professional and the vehicles are always clean. This one time I rented and the vehicle had not been cleaned out there were paper gas receipts from a previous rental and also the van back area was covered in white drywall powder that I cleaned out before returning the vehicle. Please ensure the vehicles are cleaned after each rental.

Tried to overcharge by a day. Didn't check back in before end of business. Cause me.to follow up and worry. Initial reservation required a call back due to availability issues. Was cancelled and then receive call after the fact. Don't have these issues usually.

I was over charged. I left several voice mail with no call back. I had to keep calling several times before I finally reached someone. We declined insurance but we're still charged for it along with a cleaning fee and no report to support it was dirty when I left it just as clean as I received it. Finally after I called 6 times I reached someone who finally fixed my invoice to the correct amount. I've used this location before with no issue but this time around not impressed

Best customer service / experience i have enjoyed in MANY years ........ Young kid on the Friday was so polite and helpful and courteous and hard working  - picked up the trailer and dragged it to my pick up truck by himself ..... locked her in and doubled checked all lights / camera/ action etc ...... brilliant  Then on Sunday return the wizened veteran had me outta there in no time flat ....... Check out handled sir ...... It was May 15th .....my 54st birthday  Best day I have had in three fn years and I have u ya'll hall to thank for it ........ Sometimes little things add up to the most !!! Thx !!!!!

I was helped by a younger gentlemen with excellent manners. He was efficient at his job and had me in and out faster then any rental I've done before. Didn't notice at first it was on the 2nd floor so I did some circling around, but managed.

After hours pickup process takes for ever, and no one picks up the phone to help you. During service hours the person in the office is always out with a back in 15mins sign. But is not back within that time frame.

When picked up at your location and booked for two days I should not receive calls during my move telling me I'm late nor should I be sent an email the day before my return instructing me to return to another location when my car is parked where I picked up the truck. I should not be charged over $250 more the day after I return the truck to exact the spot I received it clean and with a full tank of gas that cost me 183 and then get no courtesy by ignoring my calls all day today to rectify this over charge. I'm still trying to deal with customer service already been on hold for over 2 hours today and am waiting again for a call back. To say that Mr. William Abrams is negligent would be kind. Never ever will I use Uhaul. My 187 move is now upwards of 700.00.郎郎郎郎

When I went to pick up our van we had to wait for over an hour and a half as all the systems were down. Not the fault of the operator, and they were very apologetic. But no recognition or compensation for the delay and added frustrations. Not the customer experience or level of service I would expect.

I was disappointed to find out that last minute reservations can override reservations made a week in advance. It would appear it's a 1st come, 1st served mentality for picking up which doesn't seem right. Thankfully, the Team was able to get me into a truck and get me on my way.

This place is never open to get back my deposit. Plus they wanted a 200 dollar deposit and only credited me for 100. they are ripping people off and are not there for the hours stated.

Have debit machine fixed The young msn working there, I dont know his name but you can't get any better he runs around like crazy, up and down those stairs and smiles like a cheshire cat while doing it. He is a great example of always going above and beyond!!

My booking was moved from Scarborough to Whitby with only a few days notice. I lived in downtown Toronto, so this added roughly an hour and a half delay to the move. In other settings this may not be a big deal, but we were very tight on the moving elevator as a result. This has happened to me several times when using U-haul, and is always frustrating.

I made an appointment for 4:30. I showed up at 4:36. I passed someone on my way to the office, which later turned out to be the uhaul employee. When I go tot he door of the office, there was a “back in 30 minutes” sign on the door. The employee came back from Tim Hortons 10-15 minutes later, coffee and snack in hand. I told him what time I made my appointment for, and that my wife said to him that I was on my way. His response was “Ya. Unfortunate timing, I guess”. I spoke to the owner for an unrelated issue, I told him about the situation and his answer was “well we have people that show up 2 hours late” I wouldn't recommend this place at all as the truck was disgusting inside. It smelled of sweat and feet.

The person at the counter was very polite and helpful, however the location of this facility is not that easy to find to get inside. The van I rented worked properly, however it was dirty inside, smelled and the windows were hard to see out of. I had to clean the van myself and left it cleaner then what was given to me. This is the second time this has happened. I will go to a different location next time I need a rental.

The ONLY downfall was that the debit machines are not working. The 2 staff members we experienced were both friendly and helpful. The young male working on cleaning off the trucks was AMAZING though! So helpful and friendly!!! I would hire him away from you if I could!!

The windshield wipers on this vehicle damn near got me killed. Had to move from Ontario to Quebec during a snowfall. The windshield froze up 4 inches all around and the wipers froze IN PLACE or I had to open the drivers side window to SNAP the snow or ice off the wipers WHILE DRIVING on the 401! Even after doing so the wipers only cleared a thin strip of the windshield I was able to actually see through. I had the dash/windshield heater on FULL and HIGH HEAT the entire trip which made the cab uncomfortably hot. The windshield was so bad I had to pull over to an ON ROUTE and sit for 5 hours to both defrost the entire windshield/wipers and sit out the snow. Even with no snow the mist other cars make on the windshield was not taken care of by the wipers effectively. This was the scariest drive I've ever taken in a vehicle that wasn't prepared for a snow in Canada…. In winter.

The office was extremely messy and the check-in process was awkward. I ended up being charged more than I was quoted and the admin was not able to explain why. The truck had less than a 1/4 tank of gas which meant I had to put gas in twice - once to make sure I didn't run out and once to get the level back to what it was, per the agreement. Not a good experience overall and disappointed to to see the digression of UHaul, over the years.

There is only one individual covering the front desk and so for 1 hour during lunch there is no one for picking up or dropping off your vehicle. The hour is supposed to be between 12 - 1pm and he didn't show up until after 1:15 pm. If you are going to be away for 1 hour make sure it is within the timeslot noted.

The steering on the truck was horrible. The truck wandered all over the road. Felt very unsafe. Return My Truck was down when we returned the truck. Had to wait on the phone for 40 minutes before getting through to someone to confirm the truck was returned.
