My only issue was I wanted a smaller truck. There were none to be found within an hour of our location.

Scott RThey wouldn't use my reservation. They charged me more. The three staff there did not know how to do the UHAUL part at all. They had to call the owner and he would not use my reservation, he said he had to do it fresh. He told me that uhaul always tells people different prices online than in the store and it's not his fault. It took 45 minutes to get the truck because staff had to call him wherever he was then it took an hour to turn the truck back in as the other staff didn't know how to do it either and they had to call him on the phone to do it as well. I am highly dissatisfied with this location and UHAUL experience.
Elizabeth BEmployees didn't seem to know how to rent out equipment. Took an hour. Truck was dirty and had everything from a gross toothbrush to sticky seats.

The image showed the location to be on a post by the drop location but the box was on the front of the gas station on the opposite side of the building from the vehicle drop location.
Ronda hI rented a truck last Friday and again yesterday. Both times the cabins were filthy. Yesterday the cargo space was full of junk left behind by the previous customer including shards of glass, and I was given the truck with an empty tank.
Kimon GIt took forever to return the truck. The guy who helped me kept making me wait while he helped other customers. He stopped helping me to help others. It took 45 minutes for the return.
Heidi LThe employee who helped me didn't seem like he knew what he was doing. Constantly stopped and asked questions from a coworker. Then chemo my receipt and he charged me for fuel even tho I made sure there was the same amount. As a matter of fact I took a picture of miles to empty it said 152 miles to E. I returned it with 167 miles to E but still was charged for a fuel refill charge. Would not recommend.
JACOB RDana, the cashier, went over and above while fixing the issues and got back some of the money we were over charged. BUT, point blank, they need a new, improved, FASTER program. Always a very long process renting and returning equipment, and ALWAYS way more expensive than other U Haul rentals!! Please, U Haul, look into helping these folks with a different operating system!!

JEFFREY LThe clerk at the Pullman site had a very poor understanding of how to release the vehicle with speed, accuracy, and common courtesy!! For example, during the initial contact that Sunday morning, she stated that we needed to scan my phone as well as my current drivers license. I didn't have my phone. When I asked why the phone was necessary, she walked away stating that " I don't know you"!. I remarked that I've lived in Pullman 58 years, rented trucks several times from the previous owner in Pullman, as well as in South Haven. No one has ever asked me to scan my phone. I asked again, is this a new policy? She walked away, and openly refused to comment!! I had cooperated. I had paperwork from my computer verifying that the rental had been approved by the company. I also gave her my drivers license TWICE!! She just walked away. I went home. I got my wife who is on a walker. I came back inside of thirty minutes. We presented my drivers license and my wife's to a second clerk who was nice. She went in the back to get the aforementioned first clerk. This time, she returned, did not ask to scan the phone, and checked out the truck to me. This entire exchange took two hours!! It didn't end there. When I returned the truck in great shape, and in a timely manner, she insisted that she serve eight other customers first who came in AFTER me! That's adding insult to injury!! I need to speak to a U Haul administrator soon! No one should be treated this poorly to rent a truck!!!!
