I return my uhaul Feb 26 and you guys are just closing out my ticket. The place didn't have a lot, they told me to drop it on the street. At which point anyone could hook up to it and take it and then it's my issue. Nobody came out of the store to make sure I dropped it there was no receipt issued. Manager wasn't on site. I had to drive around for 10 minutes to look for a valid spot. Then I had to drop the trailer and pick it up by hand to put it into a legal spot. after I called U-Haul two days in a row to confirm that they got my drop off. 11 days later you guys are getting back to me saying you got my drop off.

When I arrived I waited a long time in the store for someone to help. Then the store worker kept “getting kicked off” so he had to restart the process a few times on his phone. I ended up missing my time frame for my storage. On top of that, he added 2 different insurances onto the rental without my permission. When I asked about the price he didn't mention he added the insurance. When I called uhaul to extend another day (because the delay caused me to be late for my storage that was closing) the woman informed me that I also had to pay for the insurance (that I did not ask for & did not know about) for another day. Horrible experience & stressful.

The truck was pretty much well maintained. The only exception is that black material that's on the inside of the truck that goes around the window on the driver side randomly came off.
