Diamond is the definition of a greedy entity. From parking to storage, I avoid business with them at all costs. I rented the smallest unit available, on a 50 % off "promo" and still payed $60+ a month. Better off buying a cargo trailer if you can!

I NEVER MOVED IN THE STAFF WAS RUDE!!! HOURS AND STORAGE UNIT WASN'T PLOWED COULDN'T CALL ANYONE FOR ASSISTANCE CANCELLED MY STORAGE UNIT IN LESS THAN A WEEK.

The units are brand new and very nice. However, the office/management is very disorganized. I reserved a unit online. They struggled for over a week to find my reservation then finally rented me a unit that was smaller then what I reserved online, twice. Once that was finally sorted I had possession of the unit for a couple months with no issue. At move out I called and canceled the unit. I was billed for 2 months following. Called twice to resolve this and was told I'd get a call back. Never did and finally had to call another location in order to get my move out processed. Something is broken in this system and it doesn't seem like it's going to be resolved anytime soon. Still waiting for reimbursement.

Customer service was phenomenal!! We were always cheerfully greeted, got all our questions answered by a knowledgeable rep, and were even offered a bottled water. During the couple of times when there was a tech malfunction, the reps were courteous and professional, reassuring us they would stay on top of the situation and telling us how it would be fixed. (Which they then followed up on.) We are thankful to have done business with Diamond Storage. Merci.
