Nothing- They were very efficient & helpful in answering any questions I might had.
The process was supposed to take 20 mins total to get my U-Haul but since the first location didn't set it up right we wasted an hour of our original start time before we could even get started it was a huge inconvenience and we couldn't get it all done because the help we had didn't have enough time because the original time was messed up
The left turn signal did not work the moment I got it to my home. I am unsure as to whether it was in that condition upon pickup, as the person who connected the trailer wires was the one who checked the signals. If they were working, then it was simply not well maintained as they quickly went out. If they were not working from the beginning, I was lied to. Either way, the left turn signal did not work and I drove 1,100 miles without it.

Eliminate the process of making customers use their smartphone you exclude many seniors through this process. Many of those seniors have money, really bad process
Have the company check trucks when dropped off. Not just think gas is full and cleaned.
this was a used car lot with equipment on street. It was in a residential area and I just wasn't impressed with the location or staff.

I reserved the truck more than a month in advance in Champaign and had to drive all the way to Danville an 80 mile round trip out of my way because you didn't have the equipment where you said it would be. Ridiculous.

I had rented the trailer to go buy a car the seller quit contacting me do I returned it by 8 pm and now you guys wouldn't return my money I don't recommend Uhaul yo anyone I will use another company in the future
Can't improve perfection.
It would have been helpful to have a checklist in advance to know what to expect at pickup time. We stopped in during business hours to get a quick run through since we had never used the self check in before. The clerk didn't know anything about it and the one person in the office that did know about it wasn't there. As far as the cleanliness of the van, it was obvious that the last person who rented it had muddy shoes. There was dried mud on the floor mats and in the cargo area. I swept out the cargo area before using and again before returning it.
It's a small dingy outfit. But the rep was super nice. I would say “yes†to recommend but the place didn't have the supplies as a typical U-Haul like moving boxes etc.
They location was good the driver door was broke had to get in the truck from the passenger side
10 foot truck. 80% of driving was at 65-70 mph. 20% at 35-45 mph. Drove 1,037 miles. Used 79.3 gallons gas. Average MPG 13.07

The air conditioning was not working in the 26' truck. It was a miserable, hot, sweaty 10 hour drive in humid 90 degree conditions. The reason I would not recommend this location to a friend is because it's far from where we lived. This was not the location we had reserved the truck, but there was no truck available at the location we had a "reservation". This was a 2 hour round trip from where we originally reserved a truck, so we had to drive our car over to this location and then our car and the truck back to where we lived. We got a $100 discount for our troubles which was appreciated, but overall this was not a great way to start our move.
I had no problems picking up or returning the vehicle, very nice people and prompt, I highly recommend them to anyone needing to move, thanks for making our move much easier.
My reservation was for 8:30. They got there at 9:30. They told me they didnt open until 9:00, but called me the day before confirming my 8:30 pickup. I could not get a hold of anyone at any of the phone numbers on the shop. If you want to help someone in the future, send them somewhere else.
