Again, the day before I was scheduled to drop off the uhaul in Bolder CO I was called to say they didn't have space in that location and I would have to drive to Louisville CO to drop off. This was a 25 minute drive from the original location where I was scheduled to drop off the vehicle. This required extra gas and an Uber ride back to Boulder. Absolutely unacceptable. I will definitely think twice about using uhaul for anything other than a local move. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the reservation system.Tamera R.

The air conditioning on the truck I rented stopped working anytime you had to accelerate, or were going over ~50mph. This was a minor inconvenience for my local move where I was only driving 20-30 minutes, but would have been horrible if I was moving across the country and spending hours on the road without A/C.Ryan W.
I have no.t issue with the pickup and drop off sites or people. But I do have issues with the company. I had to drive 10 miles from Boulder for a drop off. They couldn't get my contract right and they couldn't commit to a drop off at the time of the rental. The U Haul phone system was awful. I was put on hold time and again for half an hour or more and then transferred from number to number. Several locations wouldn't pick up the phone at all.RODNEY V.

Only suggestion is to allow photo upload from camera (vs. direct) so consumer can save the photos. I took photos BEFORE I locked the door and dropped off keys, and app wouldn't let me share from my phone. The way you do it now, no photos saved on consumer phone.Micheal M.

The only complaint I have was the anxiety I had about the guarantee or lack there of for my truck rental on the day of my move. There were no back up trucks or trailers and it was very intense no knowing if I would have a truck. I think you could invest in more trucks for the busy season so that your customers have the necessary support! I would have paid more to KNOW that I had a truck for me. Otherwise, a great experience!!LAUREN W.

When I turned the truck back in I let them know it leaks terribly in the rain and ruined an upholstered dining chair of mine (they were not surprised), the blankets were not usable as they were filthy, dusty and smelled like horses, and the gas guage indicator on the document telling you how much gas to put in causes you to overfill by a lot.Alicia D.

The equipment was clean, and the place we picked the truck up from was helpful, friendly, and even gave us a hand truck early so we could stage our furniture in the garage. They were phenomenal! As far as equipment, on our trip from Colorado to Wichita ks, we spent several hundred miles in the rain. The cab of the truck leaked like a sieve and a lot of water drenched us for hours, soaking us and the seats in very cold water. Water also got into the main truck body and many of our boxes (and important documents) were destroyed. The truck also had trouble running in the rain, and even died at one point and we had to pull off the highway when the engine stopped. The place we dropped the truck off was not helpful and simply said they would let the 3rd party maintainer know there was an issue.Andrew O.
As I moved in the rain the mothers attic was leaking and all the boxes I the attic and two of my mattress got wet due to the leak. Not something you expect when using an enclosed truck.MATTHEW Y.
The customer service level at Dillon Storage is remarkably great! Both employees were very helpful and had a great attitude. I am always thankful for those who work so early on a weekend (a holiday weekend as well) and are so friendly & positive. This location was fine. My issues are with the "return by phone" process. The return link and accessing my reservation through a mobile web interface wouldn't work. I tried four different browsers and none would "find my location". I had to download the U-Haul app, which was only marginally better, but finally enabled me to "return my rental". This particular U-Haul location had poor cell reception for my carrier, which further complicated and protracted the return process. It should not take 20+ minutes to return a rental.Laura P.

Provide better customer service throughout. First off, reservations don't mean a damn thing and there is little motivation to help rectify issues. There was no attempt to go above and beyond to help when reserving a truck and towing equipment was not available. It took constant and continued badgering to get equipment lined up after several of my reservations were canceled by the company. Add this to the constant waiting on hold for hours upon hours to speak with someone Then, once I arrived at my destination, the truck was stolen and again, I was on hold for hours and passed back and forth between departments with really no sense of urgency to help me out or communication on what I needed to do let alone providing any help. It took me calling and calling to eventually find a rep, Stephen, whom actually helped do something about my problems and issues. Aside from Stephen calling about the equipment, not one person, manager or otherwise, contacted me to check in or help recover the vehicle or help me in any way.Jeremy K.

A little disappointed in the condition of the truck. It was a truck that has been in the fleet for a while. High mileage and the exterior of the truck had quite a few dings in it. The truck did work fine for my short move.Stanley Y.
