Spoke with representative after helpers didn't know how to hook up a trailer but said it was ready. They will look into training them better.
Laura STook ,45 minutes to ck us out with truck - person did not know how to do system - called uhaul they said to go to different location which would caused more mileage- not helpful to us or the location attendant - after 4 phone calls to an ex employee who knows how to fix it. Very poor service cost me extra money for my help
Donna WOnly 1 person knows how to rent out the Uhaul equipment. We had to wait over 30 mins when we returned it

MARY ETrucks should be checked before customer picks up ( maybe after previous checkin!) and if they know there is a problem don't let trucks leave without fixing. Need smaller trucks as not everyone wants giant truck for replacement truck, whoever had previously would have known right away about gas spitting back out & I wondered why it was so low to start.

briana hThe uhaul customer service line was rude and very disrespectful to a misunderstanding. The problem was easily resolved with the location, and if they would've actually listened that us good old country folks just figure it out. It would've been fine but with attitude that they had and not listening it made a simple situation so much worse. I strongly suggest that you work with your employees on the customer service skills and listening skills for future problems. Again, let me reiterate it had nothing to do with the location …it had everything to do with the U-Haul customer service line.

Ray MThe girl was amazing..the truck needed new brakes and rode like a wagon..also we were to pick this truck up in Batesville but they moved it to Dillsboro and didn't tell me or call..I had to call and everyone had to fine location of truck

Logan LIt started with the staff being unable to work the reservation. After 5 people trying and almost 40 minutes later we had our trailer finished in the system. The trailer was frozen to the ground in a back corner of the lot. 2 employees whom were not physically able to help break apart other frozen trailers was trying to assist in moving them so we could get ours. We then had to personally take another 20 plus minutes getting our trailer out. We know that they are informed of incoming reservations yet they were not prepared for us to get our trailer. We reserved our trailer for 12 hours and ended up spending over a hour there getting the trailer.
Eric DIf a business is going to offer UHaul service they should make sure their employees know how to use the rental system. Took over an hour to pick up a trailer I had reserved online days before. They had to call in an employee who also had to call the manager on the phone.
Charles WOnline experience was great. But we checked in online and then the location still took 20 minutes to check is in. I thought checking in online would save us that time
Mike MNo one new what they was doing they tried to over charge me and as far as the truck it leaked water inside I had a lot of wet items and the door seal was falling off . I will never go to that location again
David MAt both our pickup and drop-off locations the U-Haul dealers did not seem to know how the process was supposed to be done. Had to return truck to a different location due to this when it could have been done easily at the original drop-off location and was almost charged for this dealer's error. Dealers seem to need more training on the new steps so they can better help customers. Final drop-off location: 5 stars. He was friendly, efficient and was able to remove the extra charges for the location change.

MARK TIt looks like I was charged $50 for fuel but when I got the uhaul it was just under half a tank and I filled it up to a little bit more than half a tank. I took a photo of the gas gage right when I got in the truck.

James CTk patel claimed that I didn't fill the tank to 1/4. That is a lie. I have a fuel receipt to prove it. He also told me that I was going to have to pay am additional 20 dollars to do a after hours drop. He tried to get me to rent an entire extra day, inrefused and did an after hour drop through your app. I was prepared to take pics of the truck and odometer/ fuel gage, but was never prompted to take pics before the drop was complete. I will absolutely NEVER rent anything from his establishment again. Hes a crook.
Ian CAfter fueling at THEIR pumps, I walked inside to ask where to turn it in. I had to go park it "Over down there" then walk back to the station, just to get asked a series of questions. THEN I had to walk back out with the employee - who decides she needed to smoke while we were walking out - so she could look at the tires and check the vehicle. She could have done all this when I had the vehicle at the store.
Fred UI only needed to rent for 1 day but that wasn't an option. I returned within 24 hours as I knew I would. Please refund me for one day.
Andrew PHad an awful experience. BP Mobil was unprofessional and did not know how to use equipment/IPAD to sign out truck. Employees made me wait around and seemed angry or annoyed to have to deal with a uhaul customer. Very very unsatisfied with my overall experience.

EUGENE SStaff needs to be properly trained on the process-the staff was very nice and trying their best (i believe) but the lack of knowledge of the process was extremely frustrating.
MACKENZIE FWe dropped the dolly off and the people never gave me a receipt or anything. 3 hours later I get an email saying I never returned my equipment. I called and the lady didn't even know what it was and said I did t bring it back! After about 10 minutes on the phone I finally got her to understand what it was that I rented. It was there, right where I dropped it off at!

Sean SI would not recommend u-haul to anyone. I had nothing but problems. It took over two hours to rent the truck, even after I had reserved it online. I ended up paying almost $200 because of all the confusion with everything. Never again.
April TDon't try to sneak the insurance policy in after I already declined it when I initially placed the order. I understand upselling but don't do any sneak selling.
Eric MI didn't quite understand why it was more expensive when I brought it back. It was clean and gas was more full than when I got it and it was clean and under the mileage
Brandy WTrain the staff better and get the kinks worked out. Mobile pickup and drop off should not involve an attendant at the drop off location going through everything I went through on my mobile account. I'm patient and the lady was very kind and it's not her fault at all but uhaul should get this worked out before they continue to do any truck rentals from these locations.
