The U-haul web page for this location (Dinwiddie Flea Market) list 24 hour drop off. When I drove out to this location, five miles from my house, I found the gate closed and chained. Need to remove the 24 hour drop off from their page to save someone else the aggravation and mileage to and from their location! I have already sent an email identifying this issue but U-Haul has NOT RESPONDED. ???

Not a lot of space for parking - especially overnight drop-off - looked like only three truck spaces. I was lucky there was one spot open. The processed the return promptly in the morning. Overall end to end excellent experience.

was told gas was off by a bit not 3/4 full it was exactly as I picked it up very hard to gauge 3/4 full I was made to go put more gas in which i did, guess what it was returned with more then 3/4 full, but guess what again ? No credit given, gas scam what a joke give it out full and return it full, Bullshit petty crap to irritate a customer

The people here were very nice considering the fact that someone at uhaul changed my return site after I told them no I was not changing my return site and if they needed the truck elsewhere than they could come to the site and pick it up.

You can't easily turn left onto Broad St from the driveway. The gentleman that helped me seemed to be rather grumpy and was not very helpful in answering some of my questions. I really just wanted to pick up the truck from the location in Dublin, which was closer to me anyway.

trailer was ready and clean when i arrived. Process took less than 5 minutes.

It took me 1 hour and 30 minutes to get my trailer because the lady who was checking me out was not familiar with the software program. When I was able to get the trailer the running lights did not work and I needed a standard pigtail adapter which I did not have nor did they have or sell. I had to go back to my original assigned pick-up location to buy one. The brake lights and warning flashers worked so I took the trailer because I needed to get going. I was one hour late for a graduation party. I felt sorry for the lady handling things because it was obviously a training issue. She was also in no position to check out the trailer to ensure I knew what I was doing or if, in fact, the trailer was safe. She advised that her boss had an emergency and had to leave before I got there. I hope it was a good one! I was 15 minutes late (1:15PM) because the location of the pick-up vendor was changed. Not the best representation of your company.

The gentleman behind the desk was nice but he was not very proficient with typing and using the software application. Consequently, we spent about 20 minutes waiting. Taking both a typing and a 'computer 101' course would be extremely beneficial for him.

We reserved an appliance dolly, but never got one. When we tried to call no one answered the phone. The last thing we wanted to do when we were under a tight schedule was waste time trying to get equipment we had thought we were going to be able to use, and our move was more difficult because of it.

Have people at the office that actually know uhaul and its systems.I had issues both picking up the vehicle and dropping it off.And then my credit card was charged twice and neither amount seems correct to me (there's a $ difference!)

The rep at Prestons called me to keep me posted on the order status andassured me that a truck would be waiting. All went well and the checkout was smooth and quick.
