Inside of uhaul was filthy and had to sweep it out before loading my furnature. Was chuncks of mud and sidewalk chalk. Had a hard time starting it after loading everything. After about 30 minutes of trying it i had to tighten the positive battery cable and it finally started up.Christopher Z.

I am beyond furious with this pickup location. I had to correct the auto transport hookup (a liability) since the chain was dragging on the ground and they're supposed to assist with hooking my car up and merely shrugged their shoulders saying they didn't know how and let me figure it out for an hour and a half at the location.Alexander K.

The website stated it opened at 11am. It did not open until noon. Big difference when you have family and friends wasting their Sunday to help you move. The woman who filled out the rental info, though very nice and personable, seemed unfamiliar with the process so it took a longer than it should have. The guy who I assume was a bit more knowledgeable, shouted out directions from the chair he was parked on until someone came in to pick up a dryer they had purchased. Overall, I'm pretty sure I would NOT choose this location again.Darlene S.

I have used U-haul trucks before for moving and was always impressed because they have had moving carts with the trucks. I used the 26' truck and was disappointed that there was no cart. By the time I realized that there was no cart, it was to late to go rent one because the U-haul location was closed.IVAN O.

The return process for the truck that we one-way rented was quick and painless at this location. The folks here were very accommodating, and I will definitely come back here should we need to pickup and/or return any uHauls in the future.Charles D.
Clarence did an excellent job my customer experience. I would give him 5 stars; however, there was an issue when converting my reservation and although I only needed the uhaul for one day the system charged me for two - which I agreed to pay because it was taking a significant amount of time to try to adjust. I don't really feel this is fair but in my situation I had no other choice.Cristyjane C.

Was told to park trailer out back so I did and no one came out. I went inside and he asked if I had any issues with car hauler and I stated no. I asked about the money difference from Pioneer to Bryan and he said to call Uhaul, I had a contract that said that's the price.ronald K.

Guy working acted like he didn't know how to accept returns. When I told him I didn't receive the dolly with my trailer and wanted to make sure I wasn't charged, he said he'd have to call but couldn't do anything himself. He just left me to unhitch the trailer, not even offering to help, and where we parked the trailer (after he just vaguely gestured to a spot), it started to roll away toward our car. Was told in my online reservation i could pick up uhaul at 7am by checking in with my cellphone. Then was called and told i could not do that and couldnt pick up till 11am. Huge inconvenience. Most people who move do it early in the day not mid day.Ashley R.

Two issues, First is that my windshield was still covered with (a lot) of snow. Its really hard to clean that tall truck front off with only my car-sized tools. This was a foreseeable customer inconvenience, and the snow had stopped in the area the day before. My family passing it on the road saw what I would face, why not the rental agency? Second, the truck had 1/8 of a tank of gas, (possibly less) rather than the 1/4 tank on the paperwork. I went in to point this out, and got a credit, but what if I hadn't double checked the fuel gauge? I'm a trusting soul, and I don't worry about every detail, and I would assume a truck would not be sent out on empty. I might have run out of gas getting to my loading destination, since my original plan was to gas up with our little convoy when we set off for our unloading spot. This all caused needless delay.Cynthia W.

Trailer webbing was worn badly-over 50 % wear According to agent in Longmont) One trailer tail light did not work- License plate light was hanging out of socket. Nonworking tail light wiring was hang approx 3-4 " above road surface, I used wire to tie up so they would not be torn off. The agent connected the ball to hitch-that was it, Did not explain proper connection of safety chains. Basically he tightened the hitch to ball and walked away. Not sure if he really knew how they were to be connected. I asked him the how to -his response -just wrap the extra length of chain around the hitch. Me not knowing I bought some new shorter chain to safely connect them .tom K.

The person at register asked me flat out if I know what am doing since she didn't. Also the windows on the truck wore hard to roll down and it took 2 people to roll up . At all toll roads I had to open doors to pay tools only had one truck.mikhail V.

Then we got the truck, both sides of truck had damages on the truck....and as being the next one to get it always makes me nervous for returning to the drop off location.... drove like a German Tank.... did not have easy ride on it.
