No selection... would prefer a uhaul dedicated site and crew
Kim KMy only issue with picking the equipment up was that I had to go through 2 different buildings to find the person that was working.

Darlene GOwner had a family emergency and wasn't available. Waited for another employee to come in to check me in. There was difficulty checking me in, the keys I was given and the truck I was told was it didn't match. I had asked to rent moving blankets and a furniture hauler too. No blankets were available at this site and I was told an appliance hauler was my furniture mover. I didn't know that I was given the wrong equipment until I returned it. I had to call a U-Haul scheduler for help on locating another dealer that could provide the moving blankets. The dealership didn't offer to find another dealer for me to provide the blankets. We had to scramble to get them as the movers were already at my house moving furniture without the blankets.
Marlene ZHave a much better place to store the trailers the place you sent me to was a used car lot for Corvettes. Nowhere to put the trailer other than on the side of a big building that didn't belong to them.

Angel ABetter signage, no U-Haul trucks on site (lots of Corvettes though), the person in the office was "just here to answer the phone". There was no paperwork to show that the vehicle was returned on time, within allowed mileage, etc. Not a very confidence inspiring experience at all.

wanda tTruck was extremely filthy inside, and there was no oil in the engine. Location had no oil so I had to purchase and put it in at a local gas station.
Bradley CYour roadside service sucks a bag of dicks. When a customer calls in to say the check engine light is on, it would be super cool if an effort was made to actually check the problem out instead of telling them you'll probably be fine, go ahead and drive it 550 miles across the Arizona desert. Do not rent from u-haul

Roberta WMake sure rhe uhauls are fueled up. Have the right mileage on paperwork. Do not charge cc when you say its a deposit.... The person ignored us the first 10 minutes he walked into the office as we had been sitting there waiting on him to arrive.

ALAN WMy reservation was changed from 730 to 10 and then the prior rental wasn't returned by my already rescheduled time by uhaul so I had to drive an extra 1,5 hour (3 hr roundtrip) to pickup a smaller trailer. By the time I got it half my day was wasted and uhaul didn't discount or extend me a free day by courtesy at all for my wasted time and inconvenience. Very frustrating.
RENEE Rmy original pickup location was Wilson Storage on Hwy 95. The man behind the counter was very rude and NO help at all. He informed me he didn't have me in his system and pretty much dismissed me. I asked for Uhaul phone number & without any concern at all he told me to try 1800uhaul..if Derek at the location I picked up at wasn't so helpful I never would use Uhaul for anything ever again.

Michael FClean up vehicles before renting. The windows in our rental had to be cleaned inside and out and the grill was loaded with bugs. On a positive note the truck ran great.
