Picking the vehicle up was fine but when returning the truck to the store, the lady argued with me and called me a liar about putting gas in the truck and told me she was going to charge me double if I didn’t put more gas in there. I even had pictures to prove that the gas needle was where it started when I rented the truck but she still told me I was wrong and said I was lying. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

This store should not be allow to represent Uhaul or any affiliated organization with Uhaul. Poor customer service poor communication poor representation This store will definitely be on my radar to bring attention to in the community as well as at city leaders meeting.

The clerk at the store did not know how to use the UHaul online service. She could not get the initial reservation to work. I had to cancel that reservation and make a completely new one. Additionally, I had to go behind the counter to complete the online information myself. The second reservation was also more expensive. It was ridiculous and a complete waste of my time.

My mother had to go behind the counter and fill out the application because the Indian lady couldn't understand us and we couldn't understand her. The appliance dolly I rented for the day was also poor and had rust all over it, and scratched my dryer, washer, and other furniture up.

Ms. Patel had a hard time checking vehicle back in, and continued to make me wait while she waited on customers buying other items in her convenience store. Checkout took more than 20 minutes.

Did online preregistration form but when I arrived, it asked for 2 additional references, which seemed very odd. Had no handout/info brochures, so glad I read the online materials. Clerk seemed like they don't rent a lot from that site. Trailer was perfect - clean and ready to go without any issues.

The lady that checked us out did not know what she was doing, We were there almost a hour finally she called her boss in to help us. She said the problem was, The computer would not except our phone number. After waiting so long we had to get someone else to help get our things out of storage because our other help had to leave for work.To make matters worse she would stop and wait on other customers while there was someone else behind the counter with her.Even when we brought the truck back it still took her about 30 minutes to check us out. She was still having problems doing this.I feel as though we should not be charged for this terrible experience especially since the truck we order was not at the location we were first given and had to go to this other uhaul site to pickup a truck.
