Sheri WThe original drop off company lied and said they were closed for a week when I tried to drop off the trailer. I drive by the place that after and the following day and they were open both times. They clearly didn't want to deal with the drop off. The second place that the drop off was relocated to was fine. This caused me to drive an extra hour round trip fuel and time I did not have.

Dale HI dove 60 miles to this location to pickup a truck and specifically an appliance dolly. There was not an appliance dolly available, only a furniture dolly and a standard dolly.I would have rescheduled reservation had I known. My trip was a TOTAL waste of time and money. I still need a truck and an appliance dolly to pick up the appliances, BUT I will not be using U-Haul. This has nothing to do with the Lakeland location(Discount Mini Storage); the gentleman was professional, and as helpful as he could be within the circumstances.He doesn't work for UHaul. I was notified by UHaul that my pickup location has changed, and they would provide everything I ordered.

Ronald EThis location is exceptional their overall knowledge and most importantly their customer service is the best I've ever experienced with U-Haul! It's a shame when non-paying liars like Mrs.Foster take advantage of the U-Haul system and dealers then leaves a negative review. Be interesting to know if she pays her $5000 rental fees! On a rental that she said she needed for just 4hrs then kept it for a month. Unfortunately this seems quite common with the bad people in the world because U-Haul does very little about it outside of changing rules to make things harder on the dealers. GOD is keeping score and Discount Mini Storage can hold their heads high!!!

Paula LDrop off instructions were to have the truck dropped off by 8M. When I arrived I did not have the ability to access the facility as no gate code was provided. Again the administrative instructions are extremely lacking and this has nothing to do with the employees at this location. Once they arrived they were very helpful and friendly but again due to lack of information I was inconvenienced and made arrangements for transportation that was delayed. Extreme lack of scheduling and instructions on the part of uhaul reservations. The instructions do NOT match the pickup and drop off locations. I would be highly inclined to use a competitor in the future do to this issue. Also the checking mobile process is not user friendly

ONeal JWhen the lady open the door for me she said I'm sorry it's dirty I should have had it cleaned and then when I returned it they charged me for cleaning. I tried to take it back which they had given me no gate code so I had to go back home with it which put extra miles on it took more gas and an extra day of having it I told them this and they did not care they still charged me and then they said to dispute the charges you have to talk to this guy they gave me a number he would pass me on to somebody else I'd get an answering machines and then get connected to somebody else just going around in circles and nothing.
