antonio hutchingsI paid for the uhaul before we actually got it. Then when we went to pick it up it wasn't even ready as it was never told to yhe place it was that we ordered it. Then they charged me again another 60+$ When we returned it .. the original $29,99 charge was in the second charge as well!!!! I gor charged twice for yhe rental

Angel MaldonadoWell I always u haul the only thing that really bothered me was is I felt I was being ripped off reason is I get a truck comes with a quarter tank of gas not knowing how much gas I am going to use forces me to fill up for my over 200 mile run in turns my return is more the the quarter tank needed to return now upon running now I loose and u haul get now a trunk with a half of tank which is non refundable and u haul gains and I loose money where I am on a fixed income make me wanna search for a place that comes with a full tank and now know I won't loose money knowing that I am returning as it as recived totaly unfare and the establishment says to me sorry it not us it's u haul not our problem and is sad and bad for business do the math

Angel StrengthI really can't think of anything off hand that you can improve in. Every experience I had with renting a uhaul was very good. Never had any problems with the trucks or equipment, alway in great condition. Always clean, functioning correctly. The personnel were always helpful an friendly. So no complaints from my experiences with uhaul. Merci

Princeton HarrisPlace I rented from was excellent and lady was A+++ that helped me. Vehicle I drove only for 8 miles as it sounded like the rear driver wheel was going to fall off and don't know if caliper was hung up or wheel bearing or something was shot. Finished move with a truck from somewhere else.

john kuehnI rented for 1 day and followed the instructions of the very nice lady on Saturday and when and how to return the rental. After getting my receipt via email, I noticed that I was charged for 2 days and not 1. Called the facility and another lady was not helpful and rudely said that I needed to call U-haul as this is a U-haul problem. I said aren't you U-haul and her response was no call them and hung up. No remorse no empathy just not my problem. Difference as night and day with the service I received.

CHARLES CHIEFTAINI'm rating my overall all experience this uhaul on this day. I was sent to 3 uhaul locations , spoke to maybe 4-6 agents trying to resolve my issue I found only 2 were helpful to me. I first call I spoke to sounded asleep and like she wasn't awake and then she hung up on me. The first was barely responsive then just transferred me and didn't tell me. I only remember Chris who helped the most. I paid for a Van I go to pick it up and not there then I go to the second location Ducks Automotive and the man WOULD NOT GIVE ME KEYS. I was showing him that it gave me the license of the van and told me to come inside and get the keys. And I'm the system it said the van was out and out under my name. The man still wouldn't give me the keys. This other guy walks in and he gave him the keys to my van . This was the most infuriating experience of my life and mad for a horrible day I even had to miss work because of the delays with the van
JAILYNN RAMOSWe requested a larger one that was visibly present and we filled out all the paperwork but when we went to turn on the vehicle it would not start. When we went back they said she had given us a smaller one which we did not want. The guy stated the larger one was available but when we asked the lady she said they didn't have it.
Joanna RegueiraAt first, there was the welcome was not good because I was not showing in their system. To help me the representative rushed me to go find out where I was supposed to be because they will charge me another day. Then there was a dispute of an extra day and the tank needing to be turned in full per what was shown in their system. I called the main 800-go-uhaul number and the representative was rude and wanting me to pay for an extra day and then dispute it. I argued that I had only asked for one day and that when I was told to turn it in 2days later I had asked why and they had confirmed that it was right. So why would I pay an extra day and then dispute; when I had not asked for the extra day. She was not being reasonable and praise God the Ms. Kathryn realized I was telling the truth and she told me she would go ahead and take it and will fix the disputes. I am extremely grateful to Ms. Kathryn for going the extra mile in settling a dispute that was clearly wrong in the main office's Uhaul agent, Earline.

DANASIA LOWEOffer trucks with Cruise Control and / or running boards / steps. A 1500 mile drive with out cruise control is VERY tiring / stressful High cabs are difficult to get into / out-of for older people in vehicles without running boards / steps

RANDALL SMITHI was told to bring the truck back with the same amount of gas because their gasoline charges would be outrageous. So I did, I brought it back with MORE gas than I took it with in fact. After I received my settlement charges they charged me for gas and proceeded to discredit the fact that I put gas into it when I told them.

DAWN MCKEEYour Emergency procedures are horrendous. I sat for 4 hours broke down in 91 degree weather. I couldnt get in touch with anyone via phone and cell service was bad. I was on hold with your EMERGENCY phone number for over 30 minutes.I'd NEVER RENT from UHAUL again.
