They make the customer wait too long without informing the customer why and when they will be with you. I waited there for over half an hour just to get my truck and a good portion was without letting me know what was going on. The wait and lack of communication is the only reason I am giving this location a poor rating.Frank B.

I rent a 15footer truck 4 days in advance for a 100 people catering BBQ, when I got there the employee told me the truck doesn't work. Nobody told me so I have time to rent another one. The employee contacted the district manager and she gave me another one that was saved for another customer. They solved the problem but does not the right way to do business. My stress was so high that I almost had a hard attack. I. Any trust my business to this location. They also charge me two days. I pick up and return the truck the same day, I drop the key in the drop box but I am still dealing with the overcharge. Terrible experienceJorge T.
Make it clearer what to do for after hours drop off. I was so involved with my move that day that I didn't pay attention to those details. I was worried as to what to do when I came to drop off the truck, but an off duty employee happened to still be there and helped me.Daniel E.
The customer service rep at the counter, Jairo, was texting and answering phone calls the whole time I was at the desk waiting for the keys. I had already done early check-in and it still took about 30 minutes to get the truck. When I received the truck the cab had paperwork and trash all over the place. The cargo had a layer of sand and neither the appliance dolly or furniture pads that I had on my reservation. When I asked Jairo he said he doesn't know anything about furniture pads or how to get a dolly. Lastly, even after speaking with uhaul customer service about the issues I was still charged the full amount after having driven less miles than estimated and asking to remove the charge for furniture pads/appliance dolly since they were not received. Honestly, go absolutely anywhere else for a uhaul.Adrian D.

The gas tank was below half when I picked it up. I drove 10 miles total and the tank was well above the quarter-tank mark. I was charged for 6 gallons because they said I used a quarter tank of gas. I used 2 gallons at the most. Pretty shady thing to do. I have pictures to prove it so I'll be requesting a refund.CAMERON K.

The truck appeared to be maintained mechanically, but it was not clean. The inside of the windshield was gross and the inside of the truck bed was not clean.TREVOR V.

please go somewhere else if you want to be treated better. save yourself some time the person who helped us at first was so rude and has poor customer service. when it was time to return the cargo van, the service guy at the counter was rude as well and didnt want to help at all. i would never ever go back to this place or recommend to a friend or family. i wonder why uhaul is still contracting with them. bad people with poor customer service. please go somewhere else if you want to be treated better.Brandon L.
The Firts place they send me was horrible, the guy atender on gas station on Grand Ave, it was very bad aptitude very bad attentive . Please check with others customers before me it was a lady's with the same problem on that day. We resolved the problem but take to much time and we loose a lot time to move my staff. did not use services as the vehicle was pick up by tow truck. but the employees kept harassing me and calling for updates that were already in the computer. if only they took the time to see the notes on file they would have known the vehicle was pick up days prior .Jennifer L.
Car wasnt washed. Had leftover stuff in it. I put more gas in then when I rented it. No reimbursement. Next move I will not use u-Haul. $60 dollars for 2 hours. Not really a good deal. When people are moving they need to save and not deal with these prices. In addition when booking u-Haul I was directed to customer service and I asked what location to confirm. And there was 2 locations on same street. Spent 30 minutes at the wrong location. Then the clerk told me to call the U haul 800 # and spent 20 minutes on hold. Whoever reads this. Its sucked. Signed up 3 miles from our house, called the night before picking up truck and said we have to pick up truck 45 minutes away, and not until 9:00.I had helpers coming at 8,helpers never showed up, these were moving helpers, had to round up others,cost me 450 dollars, terrible experience.DURAYE T.
Perhaps the gentleman at Discount Tire was not feeling well, but he barely spoke to us. No instructions, nothing. He wore a mask...around his chin. We found our truck by inserting the key and when it fit, we knew that was our truck. The windshield was dirty.Diana Z.

Uhaul staff had his mask untied, well below his nose. I know lots of people don't like the mask mandate - but if customers are required to properly wear a mask, employees should be as well. Was not happy about having to go to another location to pick up the moving pads I had paid for. They should have been ready to go.DAVID F.

Very Unfriendly representative! Never checked truck to see if it was in good working order. Drove 2 blocks to discover "check engine" light was on. Returned truck and told it was not drivable. Sent us to another location and was treated just as harshly.Monique C.

Mobile check out was very good, just make sure you have a steady internet connection on your phone. I was very impressed with this from mobile service from Uhaul, as it wasn't available last time I rented a truck. Great to see they are progressing technologically.Christopher M.

The location was a discount tire store, with a couple of UHaul trucks.. The staff was polite, but not versed in rental. They did not have locks for sale, and were unable to answer several of my questions. When I reserved the truck, I reserved it at an official UHaul facility in Placentia, CA.marjorie D.

Explain that &19,99 daily rate plus mileage fees might be a better option based on miles you are driving. I would have chosen that option and saved $50-60. I asked to have contract modified when I dropped off I haul and was told NO. Frustrating. I only drove 33 miles.Steve M.
