When the equipment was returned as agreed upon date, it did not show up as being returned for two days later and a phone call had to be made to the Headquarters office of U-haul in order to get everything straight. I believe both places needs to be trained properly of your process and rules and regulations paperwork and computers.

Truck has broken glass in the truck and on the ramp. The dolly appeared to have been run over and was unusable. The driver's door would not shut all the way.

Truck was in excellent shape. Very clean. I was surprised to see how many moving blankets were supplied for our use along with a dolly. I did not know that these were provided. Very nice folks at this location. Very easy and quick rental. I had called several other U-Haul places who acted like they didn't want my business. This location was AWESOME and friendly. It took me a while to get to this location. Most of my miles were driving from/to the location.

When someone makes an appointment don't reschedule them to a place that's 20 miles further away and then charge them mileage to the account of extra $40 hours and then have them put extra fuel more fuel than the truck when they got it back into the car for an additional $20

I was just charged $25 for cleaning and have no idea why???? Dropped truck and gentleman opened the back door, checked fuel and mileage and told me I was good to go. Never mentioned anything about cleaning and there was nothing to clean.... are you kidding me????

Truck had serious mechanical problems. Including poor steering and out of balance tires. The was a bad miss in the motor resulting in poor fuel economy and low power. Overall very disappointed.

Very nice lady, extremely helpful and even let me barrow a broom because I forgot to sweep the front of the cab out. I didn't go into my issues with the u-haul with her because she was extremely busy and I didn't want to cause a scene in front of everyone. I figured I would take it up with corporate.

When I Picked up the tow dolly the fender was broke loose from the rear brace and was resting on the fender. It was the only one they had so I had to repair it the best I could before I was able to make my trip to Michigan.

I put up a $60 deposit, they said they couldn't give it back and had no way of helping me try to get it back. I took the trailer back on Sunday night and the girl didn't know how to look it up and even though I gave her all of the information for the person to look it up on Monday she didn't understand. She said they are not allowed to give deposits back. I will never go there again. They were really not nice.

Let them know that if you use your debit card to hold the uhaul just let them take it out when you return it. Because I paid Cash on my return and my cash from my debit card card is still pending. And that's not good

I can't think of anything. The rental went extremely well. I had reserved the truck online and had entered all my information. When I arrived, they just had to pull up the order and have me sign some paperwork. It was painless and both ladies were extremely helpful when picking up and dropping off. No pressure and very friendly. Also, the truck was easy to drive out/in. I would recommend this place for future rentals.

This was not the location I reserved the truck at. The person working when I picked up the truck had never checked a truck out and the person working when I returned the truck had never checked a truck in. Not only that, but I reserved a 10ft truck and was given a 15ft truck and was charged more. Probably won't be using UHaul again.

Need more training for the people at the location. Also since this is a busy location. Between ringing up regular customers. They do not have time to do u hauls. Our invoice was wrong, over charged for items we didn't get or used. Had t get a refund. But over all they did the best they could with no personnel. With that being said I'd go to another uhaul dealer.

The lady need more training,she was very rude and new and checked every customer out and I was waiting for 30 mins or more. This location was a gas station andbi Will never be there customer again. I felt that she could have been better understanding but she wasn't and Im so upset to be there and been moving and homeless was a horrible day to remember!

The young girl behind the counter did not know how to handle a returned U-Haul. She did not remove the charge for the appliance dolly that I never received. She also didn't notice that we had parked the U-Haul at the gas pumps directly in front of the store while refueling. She asked me three times if I put gas in the U-Haul. She also left the store unattended to go to the back of the parking lot to check the mileage and gas gauge of the U-Haul. Fortunately, I wasn't charged more than I was originally quoted. Although, it should have been less due to not receiving the appliance dolly. I will be more careful with the locations I choose for pickups and returns.

The Uhaul website was down when we went in to pick up our truck, but the employee who helped us was knowledgeable and did the entire transaction by paper, which was really helpful since we were able to get the truck and get moved.
