Send an email notifying me of the actual pickup location. Location was changed due to construction in the area. When I called, uhaul was unable to give me a clear answer as to where the truck was parked.

Took hour to get vehicle so I lost an hour and had to rush because vehicle was booked for next person, No dolly even though I asked for one.. license plate was wrong...

It's hard to tell that's the right place from outside. The van I was renting was in the parking that was 2 blocks away From the address. There should be a big sign outside.

The owner does not speak English - very irritating. Upon return, I filled the gas tank to the required level and double checked at the gas station. I found out that the "Sneaky One" found it ok to charge my Visa for additional money because he did not agree with my gas replacement. The truck is parked at another location and he was too busy running his store to verify the return info in person with me. I was long gone by the time he walked over to do his assessment and decided to steal a few dollars. Don't go near this loser!

Why don't U-HAUL inform where is the exact car location, and always "points out"the store location? In this store, the vehicle location is far and nothing is passsed to the client. One more item that U-Haul lost points with me is that, I had to rent the vehicle longer than I initially requested because none of the 3 "dollys" was in the vehicle as order and as U-Haul said it would be. So I paid for more hours because of a mistake os U-HAUL!!! Is this clear for you ???

The gentleman at Dollar Plus was surprised that I was there and told me I didn't have a reservation. I read him the reservation number and he informed I was late. I was, as I thought I had booked it to pick up at the truck, but couldn't find the truck parked anywhere near the address given. After retaking all my information, even though he found the reservation, he had trouble with his printer. At one point he made it seem like I wouldn't be able to rent the van due to the fact that his printer wasn't working. Once he sorted out the printer problem I was informed that the truck was actually parked two blocks away, and given the code for the lock box. Upon arriving at the location of the van I found out that the code I was given was incorrect. I called the location and he informed me he would be approximately 10 minutes, as he had to close the store. He arrived 20 minutes later to find that he did not have the proper lock box code. He called someone else and finally got the key for me. By this time, some hour plus after I “started” my rental according to the contract, I found that the link to report any damage had expired. Overall it was an incredibly disorganized transaction, and while the “agent” was kind, I'm not sure that made up for the bungling of the rental. Also, the pickup location should be listed as the ACTUAL pickup location, and not two blocks away, not listed anywhere as a pickup location.

The location for pick up is the Dollar Mart; not a Super Mini-mart. Lady working at the store that day was very kind and helpful.

The U-Haul location is inside a small dollar store. The shopkeeper can't speak English at all and is almost impossible to understand what you are supposed to do and where the vans/trucks are, especially if it is your first time with U-Haul (which was unfortunately my experience). I would suggest to use the Mobile pick-up in order to avoid this location at all costs.

Neighborhood dealer has no idea what he was doing. My reservation was at 10am. I didn't end up leaving the place with my cargo van until 11:15am. He had to keep calling other people for help.
