One of the trucks front bumper was dented The second truck sensors showed doors being open when they weren't and also there was blue painters tape apparently holding the windows
ARALY P.The people that works at Dolphin insurance it's super rude, they won't help you with anything. They get mad even if you ask where the security lock is. Also the costumers service at U-Haul was awful, I spend two days trying to pick up a van, unfurtunately I have to use again your services.

They said we had to pay insurance even though I know it's not true because it isn't my first time renting. This is probably not the first time they do this. They also said we couldn't return in a different location, which I'm sure is a lie as well.

Rafael Q.I didn't want the insurance because I have insurance that would cover any damage. I don't remember being told that the insurance was being added, or given the opportunity to opt out.
Mike M.I was charged $20/day for insurance we declined verbally that was included in the fine print. I wasted hours and weeks trying to resolve it, which lead to a partial refund of the insurance expense. We paid for multiple Ubers, which were not reimbursed. Additionally, Uhaul did not get back to me as promised, therefore I had to chase the company to get what was mine originally.
SCOTT C.UHaul confirmed the reservation for 9:00 am but the location called to inform me they don't open until 10:00. The truck was dirty when I checked it out, with spilled motor oil in the bed.
THOMPSON D.The highlight of this rental was not the brand new van but the excellent service provided by the attendant on Sat morning. I do not have her name, but she was cheerful as well as helpful and provided great customer experience/service.

I dropped the keys off on time at a drop box but I was charged an extra 40 dollars and no one from uhaul or the return location were able to help me about possibly getting a rebate or refund since they both failed to follow up with me.

Xiaofeng L.The representative was nice, but we rented 2 dollies one vertical and the other one flat and didn't has one of them. The best in this area is the one that is in NW 24 , , very professional and full of trucks and stuff.

I told him it's not I've rented with uhaul many times. I know the rental industry. He said in order for me to take the truck I had to buy the insurance. I have commercial insurance. This is not good for business.
