Where I picked up the trailer, the personnel there were extremely possitve and helpful. Also, return place were pleasant.

I never even saw a person! I was never contacted by them at all after leaving a voicemail. Their parking lot was inaccessible. No one answered the phone during normal business hours. All around a negative experience.

both drive ways were blocked upon arrival. We drove pass to turn around when coming back a man came out from behind the building. And removed the barrier at one driveway. He did not any good words about U-Haul . The lot looked like a junk yard. We had a very uneasy feeling there.

Place was dirty and unattractive. Had to look around for someone to help me. He didn't know what he was doing. I left with no paper work whatsoever.

While the location itself was quite messy and the building was obviously very old, the staff were very, very helpful and personable and had the equipment ready and waiting. In the end, I guess that's all that matters!

This location is terrible. Someone had parked a return vehicle blocking the driveway. The staff were unwilling to help us get our reserved trailer out. We finally did it ourselves using a hand cart. The staff then would not do the paperwork so that we could leave. Eventually I was able to get someone from Uhaul on the phone with the staff member and he agreed to do the paperwork at that point. The whole experience was terrible, and if we hadn't needed the trailer that day - we would have left. I had to make several calls to Uhaul to try and find someone to help me.

There was a dog who acted as if it wanted to attack me when I went to return the equipment at approximately 2am. The following day when I called to explain why I couldn’t return the keys in the drop box due to the dog the owner didn’t want to hear it. He wouldn’t let me explain. He spent approximately 5mins yelling at me and making threats towards me. Never really letting me get a word in. Once he finished screaming at me he proceeded to hang the phone up in my face. I was extremely afraid when the dog tried to attack me and extremely upset after being spoken to in such a disrespectful manner and hung up on. I think it is bad representation for a major company like uhaul to be affiliated with a small business that has such poor customer service. Also it is a liability having a dog roaming loose at 2am when U-Haul tells the customer that this is a safe location to return a vehicle 24/7. It could result in a lawsuit if someone is mauled for simply trying to follow the instructions to return equipment. I hope that someone truly takes the time to review this as well as follow through with doing something about it because if nothing is done I will be in contact with the better business bureau to report the company for such an incident.

U Haul personnel were not present. A non employee neighbor was their to help. This person was very nice and helpful but had no connection to U Haul which made me few a bit uncomfortable about leaving the trailer.
