These guys were awesome in assisting us with our move; the whole gang made this simpler with their professional take on the process. The cab was not clean. The steering wheel was sticky and the windshield had some sort of spray on it which had to be cleaned in order to drive it. It was pouring rain and the area to pick up the keys was uncovered. The smoking area with ashtray was covered though. Really.Beth A.
I was called about a piece of wood size approx 3 ft x 3 ft that was left in van. I honestly thought it was in the van for some reason by the uhaul company when I picked it up. My daughter actually ask If we needed to take it and I told her no it belongs to uhaul, so she left it. It honestly was 1 piece of thin light weight board. Next day I got call and I just said no it wasn't mine and I left because I thought it was the company's ans to just toss or set aside and I would come pick up. She said they had no trash container, but she would just take it home. Than I received my receipt and was charged 25 $for â€œcleaning â€œ. I was shocked. Definitely not fair.MARYDARLENE F.
The return process was a little too complicated, but a nice staff person was very helpful with returning the truck. Other than that, it was all a very easy process.SANDRALYNNE F.
The lady in the office was rude, would barely let me get a word in, and obviously felt interrupted from whatever she had been doing as I arrived on-time for my uhaul truck rental. The truck itself was old yet was in good condition, but the customer service at this location is less than stellar and caused me some unneeded stress that day.STEVENANTHONY K.
Everything went very smoothly with the reservation and pick-up. The trailer was great and easy to use and drive. HOWEVER, the mobile return process was not so easy. Telling people to turn on location services on their phone was insufficient. You also have to have your camera accessible by the browser. It was super frustrating to try and figure that out, and your tech support line never picked up. Safari on iPhone does NOT work, so I had to install Chrome to get beyond step 3... and then I had to figure out why my camera wasn't working. It's a cumbersome process, and if I couldn't have finally gotten the photos uploaded, then I don't know what I would have done. You need to make the return process easier and less reliant on smart phones (which, by the way, not everyone has - including my husband). I thought Dominion Storage was great -- but uhaul.com/share? When returning the truck there should be instruction about needing a picture of the odometer and gas gauge in the instructions before turning in the keys. There's nothing listed in the paper instruction or any of the sticker in the truck.Crystal W.
The site was fine, but the online drop off systems is terrible. It took me over ten minutes to get it complete. Internet connection was spotty, and there was some issues with inputting the final mileage. I hope I never have to go through that again.SEANALEXANDER D.

The chart for the amount of gas to add to get the level back to half was not accurate. I added 8 gal (one gal more than the chart suggested, but when we drove to the drop off, it did not measure 1/2, so we had to drive back to the gas station and add 3 more gal. Could not enter the office area, also picked up a trailer at the Winchester location experience was 100 percent better at Winchester 2 miles apart. Had to do rental over the phone, they had a dog barking hard to hear conversation then they open door and ask me to move because of the dog. Bad experience at the Stephens City location.Sandy B.

Good people and a good place with a perfect little trailer! Built a sandbox/garden for our granddaughter and needed to move the wood pieces and parts to deliver (as well as pick up 27 bags of sand and a dozen bags of soil to fill it!). Dominion Storage was awesome, the staff went far beyond to assist with everything, even helped us find service and rescheduled our reservation to make sure we were taken care of when our tow light system didn't work at pickup. They made the whole rental experience wonderful for us!Cindy K.

I could not Return the truck using inline site. I was extremely exhausted and sat there for 45 mins trying to get ut to work. I know how to read and I entered 114309 stated mileage lower then beginning. I was irritated to NO END!!ELIZABETH L.

I tried to drop the trailer off at an easy spot for me. The employee said they had no means to move the trailer. They had asked me to back the trailer into a desired spot. Normally not a big deal, but there was snow on the ground and I was in a rush. I suggest they have equipment in hand to move the trailer.KRISTJAN R.

If I didn't have a smart phone I wouldn't have been able to get my truck. The main office that called me told me they opened at 8 and the were not open. Also it's sad we had to do all the work checking our truck back in (taking pictures) or get charged a fee. The other companies I've use, I've never had to do all that!Karin T.
Because I was 30 mins late returning after they closed they charged me another day. I was stuck on the side of the road broke down w q blown tire on my vehicle and then had to have it towed because the lug nuts wouldn't come off. They took out my rent money.Constance S.

It is not the location I had an issue with it is U-haul. I was set up for Mobile Pick up. It would NOT work. I was on the phone with 2 different Customer Service persons 2 separate times. No one was able to help. I was almost 2 hours late to our move while I was paying on the clock. This costs me an extra 240.00. I will never use U-haul again. I will use anyone but them.
