This location is trying acting in a fraudulent manor. I purchased the CDW and now they are trying to charge me for damage that was clearly not on the vehicle when I returned it or when they checked it back in at 9am the next day. They wait until 4PM that evening to inform me they were charging me a deductible and when I went to see the vehicle they had left for the day. Not only do I not believe the damage was there, but based on the contract the scratches they are claiming would not be my responsibility. I never operated the vehicle in any manor that violates the terms the the contract.

I received a call after I was already charged twice saying I owe money. I am going in tomorrow to show her. Which is an inconvenience then she said I didn't put gas. I went and put gas right before I took truck back. I have rented there many times and never had a problem until today!!! Not happy at all…

Nice employees( Counter person and yard guy were personable) Not apologies for taking over an hr to help me rent the trailer I had reserved. There were 3 customers in from top me.Im in customer service and a sincere apology goes a long way but i received none from the counter lady who seemed to be in charge. I got there a couple mins after 9am when the opened and there was a line. I left there at 1030.I had a crew of 2 employees i was paying while i waited an extra hr. I believe that time frame was a bit long to rent. I would probably try another rental business and wouldn't recommend this one unless you have plenty of time and money to waste.

Our Uhaul Brooke down 5 times. Wouldn't start. We had to wait 30 min to cool down. We drove it for 22 miles round trip from the pick up place to the drop off location. I had to pay my movers for the following day since we couldn't make it before closing. Our stuff was in and we couldn't drive the truck. Horrible equipment. Never will I recommend UHaul to anyone. I had to pay on top of all this. Even when we got to the drop off location Anna the receptionist couldn't start the truck. This is a poor service renting bad trucks low maintained to customers and charging them.

I had a reservation for the small U-Haul but free I drive the car home I realize that car doesn't have a ramp so I called the place and they took told me to took it back but when I got there to switch it for bigger size , they charged me the full day plus $17 for gas for 5mile that I drove the first truck and then they rented me the truck with ramp , I think this is not fair to pay $45 just for 5 minutes when I was upgrading my rental already.

Organize, this location pushed back my pick up then when I got to the location didn't have the rental truck available as they post the keys to the truck I was suppose to pick up. Then they over charged me by 30 dollars on extra equipment I did not rent.

The service was absolutely horrible. I registered for everything online, using my credit card. They forced my friend, who picked up the truck to put his credit card down and charged it to his. The entire reason I did it online was to avoid this. They were rude when I called to speak with them and refused to fix the error. Even though I did things online I had to call them multiple times and each time there were problems. I was really disappointed as we've used This company many times and it's always gone well. This was a huge disappointment.

I am very upset.I moved from Keyes ,CA to Fresno ,CA. I was told that I had to return the U-Haul rental to the same place that I rented it from,where as in past years I have used the rentals I could deliver to what ever town I moved to.The miles I drove the rental,I should have only paid $150 ,But being as I had to return it to the same place I rented it out of,it doubled the mileage and I ended up paying $300.00,That's including $50 dollars of gas. I am very upset.😠😠😠

Replace traffic. Who cancelled my original reservation without contacting me, after I'd had a guaranteed reservation, paid in full, delaying our trip by 2,5 hours (across state after already driving for 12 hours). Their inconsiderate act and complete lack of customer service resulted in 5 extra calls to Uhaul and 3 unpleasant conversations with reps who are underpaid to be forced to deal with customers that traffic screwed over. I'll buy a trailer before I rent from Uhaul again.

After signing up for online check out and declining the $25 insurance charge we were told we had to come in to check it out. After repeatedly refusing in the insurance charge with the lady at the desk, and providing proof of insurance she still charged us the 25 dollars. When we ask her to take it off, she said she didn't have time to talk to us and has put us off ever cents

Tell them to make sure there cell phones are fully charged because the 24/7 process takes along time to complete. From what I was told by CS. When there is alot of peeps on the app lists very very very slow. Plus after a hard days work of moving. Nobody wants to deal with a slow app. I was sitting in the cab of my uhaul truck trying to get my pix accepted by uhaul for the odometer for 45 min. I finally just left. Very tired!!

This location was fine. They had the trailer I was needing. My issue is with Uhaul and how they track and manage there equipment. I had set the reservation for the trailer needed about a week ahead of when I needed it. I went to the first location on the reservation to pick up the trailer at the specified time. Upon arrival I found the location was closed. I contacted Uhaul about this. They sent me to another location 45 minutes away to get the trailer. Upon arrival at that location I found they were closed as well. I then contacted Uhaul again. They told me the trailer was in (2) different locations this time. One location was about 1,25 hours away, the other was about 45 minutes away. We called Uhaul (2) separate times and received this information about the same reservation. When they verified the trailer being located at the third place, they said they had called and made sure it was there. I drove to the third location, saw a trailer in the lot, and went inside to get. At this point I was told the trailer was not at that location. It was at another location 30 minutes further away from where I had began. To make a long story shorter, they told me to head to (5) different locations. I spent a total of 5 hours driving between all these locations. I am not very impressed with the way this was handled by Uhaul and do not plan to use them or refer them in the future.

The shocks on the truck weren't very good so you really felt them when you drove on any bad roads. Have the gas tanks full, when we got ours it barely had more then 1/4 of a tank.

It's a neighborhood service area .. Not a regular UHall store..Renting a dolly is expense in this store.. Renting a dolly in Turlock should be less than prices in the Bay Area ..

The pick up location was fine but not the original location my reservation was for. The reservation folks were terrible and had terrible customer service. The trailer I reserved evidentially wasn't available for the date and time I reserved it for so I had to drive 20 miles away and had to pick it up later than I had originally reserved which delayed the whole move and I had people coming to help. The service with the original place in Modesto was horrible. Thank you to the team at Double D that really did their best to ensure I got a trailer I reserved.

The app is terrible. I tried for 20 minutes to take a picture of my mileage, but it wasn't working. I had to call customer service, who directed me through the website how to return it rather than the app.

The key was very difficult to retrieve, the padlock on the truck did not operate properly, and the appliance dolly requested was not on the truck. So even though I requested self check -out at 8 a.m., I had to wait until management was available after 9 a.m. to assist me. This put our moving time back and wasted part if the 24 hour period that I paid for. It was very frustrating.

We had a difficult time accessing the key. Took 45min to finally assess rental. The key was not in in the key box Where it was suppose to be . Was a bit of a headache but everything ended up ok .

Location opened at 9:00am. We had a scheduled pick up time 9:00am, as did apparently other customers. We had to wait in line outside for 40 minutes before we were able to be helped, on a 109 degree day. That being said the 2 employees were very nice. Only one for checking people in and one for getting the equipment. Building is small. Think 2 employees checking people in on a Saturday more than likely the busiest day would help.

I appreciate all their valuable time w/ the car dolly we had to switch to a car transporter due to 4wd Honda & the 4wd. Roy is an expert but I appreciate all the suggestions he had for me transporting my car & driving the 10ft uhaul.

Uhaul was supposed to be an online checkin process and I had to wait to pick it up. The truck also smelled horribly like marijuana and clearly was being used to transport. I think the smell absorbed into the pads - that I did not use - which are inside the truck. I'm afraid my stuff now smells and I'm really not happy about it.
