Double D was great. I first tried to return the truck at U-Haul Moving & Storage of Haines City 3307 U.S. Hwy 17-92 W Haines City FL 33844 They refused to take the truck even though I was told I could return it to any u-haul location. So instead of letting me return it right next to where I live again had to take it 10 miles down the road.larry S.
What a great experience I really appreciate the family oriented way the office was ran the owner was so comforting and assuring us that this is the place to be we chose the right rental company and her granddaughter so beautiful and she has been trained by her grandmother how to treat customers I would recommend this U-Haul company to anyone who's looking to move or transfer furniture from one place to another I really had a wonderful experience great job ladiesJANET S.

This place was close during business hour. When I called it said to call another number. When I did no one answer. Let the equipment in from. Overall my experience with Uhaul was very bad. I will not use this company any more.SANDRA O.

There was a medical emergency with the owner's main employee so they were a little backed up. I completely understand the situation and they were doing a great job taking care of the business and customers given the situation. I hope all is well soon for them! When I picked up the trailer it was missing a lugnut. When I brought to the attention of the owner he said to call the â€œ800.â€ I went back to the original location, down the road, and Kelly called the field person, James, and THEY took care of me. They came to my location and put a lug on. Thank you to those two folks!!!John H.

The elderly man (80-plus)working there was rude to others customers To slow and seemed to not be able to see or hear and work the computer. I was not asked about insurance the cost was added automatic. When asked about this person wanted to argue about it.TERESA J.
I had to go to 4 sites before I could drop off the trailer. Also I ordered supplies for my move and I got the straps after the move. The blankets and the furniture blankets did not arrive. I paid for these items and did not get them.James T.

The vehicle itself was clean but the transmission kicking in hard or something (no mechanical experience) while driving make me very uneasy, like the truck is going to leave me stock at any time. Very uncomfortable feeling.miquel C.
The gentlemen lied and said he couldn't find my reservation. He tried creating me a new one and charged me double. Once I saw the charges, I refused to proceed until he found my reservation that I did an my online check in. I was there for almost three hours between waiting and his checking process. This place is probably charging extra from all the customers that due not pay attention. They told me the extra charges were a deposit and the. When I asked what the final charge would be, he told me he couldn't tell me until I returned the equipment. Once he found my reservation, all that changed. No deposit and the charge was what I expected.Thomas W.
Improve your maintenance. One tow dolly had a tire so worn the cords were showing. The next tow dolly I used, a tail light fell off half way through my trip.David M.
Address is wrong. Location is in Lake Alfred not Haines City. There is an exact address match in Haines City that is 8 miles away from this location which has nothing to do with this location and caused hours of confusion when trying to return equipment after hours.JUSTIN P.

The address was wrong on the paperwork so it made it twice as long to find. The employee did not have enough help to offer assistance. He said we had to wait outside (FL heat mind you) since he had one person in there and he was having computer issues. We were not going to wait so we just left it with him and left.Bhrett H.

Employee didn't help in anyway. I asked for guidance how to remove the straps. We had to park the trailer in a thighs spot. Despite of having lots of space in a dirt parking area, he didn't let us park inside and made us park in the shoulder of a very busy highway. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. They actually told me after being there for over 30 minutes that â€œif I was in a hurry that I was in the wrong place.â€ The whole process took over an hour and half. I almost missed my appointment to pick up my furniture. Next time I need a truck or trailer I plan on looking at other rental companies.ALICIA D.
When I go there and the man had a very arrogant attitude and he told me that I need to wait and I waiting amost 2 hours and he did not offer to help me about nothing or about my problem and I had to call customer service to give me another car. Terrible service!Yadiel R.

You can not have an employee sick first, second employee with around 80 years old man can not do the best customer services for your company, and third I am still waiting for my claim number 401712781 any one contact me yetHector R.
Location was supposed to open at 12pm, at 1206pm I decided to call number in which I received and answer and was told they'll be there in 10mins and hung up on me. He arrived bout 8-10mins later. He wasn't the nicest person when he did arrive and took his time getting me signed in. I left with rental about 1235pmSabrina B.
We got here 15 minutes before our appointment yet waited over an hour for the employee to help one single customer. He was also very rude to the customers who were calling him as he began snapping on them. Also he was not technologically comprehensive. I paid ahead of time online and uploaded my drivers license to shorten the check in time yet he still asked for the license again and made me go to the truck alone to check for the key yet the key was 3 feet directly behind him. This was an AWFUL experience and the fact that there were no U-Hauls 20 miles of where I originally booked mine and had to drive to the outskirts or Orlando to receive awful service is disrespectful. I will never get another U-Haul again I've never had such an awful experience before.Allison K.

The location is in lake Alfred not Haines city. I finally found the location by driving to one I seen open that was about 5 miles away. When i finally arrived he was just opening and he was pulling the trucks in the yard and checking the lock box. We went inside to do the paperwork and when he gave me the keys the truck WAS NOT CLEANED FROM THE PREVIOUS PEOPLE. I WAS VERY UNHAPPINESS WITH THAT. I WOULD LET THEM KNOW THAT THEY WOULD HAVE TO MAKE SURE THEY BRING DISINFECTANT WITH THEM.Samatha B.

No fault to the location. The truck was roach infested inside. I had take out for the movers. I left the takeout bag for 30-45 minutes. On opening the bag it had several medium size roaches in it. I had also a small box I carried inside the house and discovered around 20 roaches in it. Now I need to call an exterminator.Roy H.
