Christina B.The Porterfield Hwy team were very accommodating and helpful. I do want to register a complaint with the Damascus VA U-Haul site. Our original reservation was to pick up a trailer by 3 Pm on Sat, Dec 4. We arrived around 1.30. No one was there. We called the local number and the person said he closed early that day, was very rude, and hung up on us. We did not get any notification from UHaul or the Damascus site that we needed to be there earlier, or to detour to another location. We did contact the central office and were redirected to Porterfield Hwy, where the service was excellent.
