I ordered blankets on the web site along with the truck. When I got there he didn't have any blankets. I feel the mistake was not his, but the main site who didn't inform me that blankets were not available at this location. I did go to another place and get the blankets I needed.

Terrible drop off experience. Pulled truck to backside of building not blocking any entrances or traffic flow as instructed in the return instructions. Go inside to drop off the keys and find out what else I need to do to finish check out, and they tell me I have to move the truck to another spot on the lot 30 feet away. The area they wanted me to park the truck in was tightly packed with other trucks and the 26 foot truck would not fit in there. I told them I was not comfortable putting the truck in that spot as the space was too small, and they kept saying I had to put it there. I was was parked right next to the building, on a side with no entrances and I was pulled tight to the curb with plenty of room around the truck for any cars that wanted to drive around the building. They said they would go move other trucks to make room, but they wouldn't move the truck I just brought. That makes no sense to me. I didn't have time to sit around and wait for them to move other trucks to make their preferred parking spot available. If they had a certain spot they wanted this truck, they should have made it readily accessible and given more detailed instructions on the return information. The return info says to park the truck in a place that doesn't block the business, the entrances, or flow of traffic. The spot I returned the truck in was all of those things. What an absolutely terrible example of customer service. They want you to wait around while they get their lot ready the way they want it, then they want you to drive a 26 foot truck you've never driven before all around their lot so it's in the exact spot they want. And they will drive every truck on the lot except for the one you brought them to make that happen. Makes no sense and seems like they want to cause an accident on their property and get paid off it.

Make sure the gas gauge of the truck working properly before and after customer filled up the gas to full, otherwise they will wonder why there was still a bill charged for gas even though they were sure that they already filled the gas to full at the gas pump .
