The old guy who works there is rude and talks down to you and is a know it all. We kept telling him we had paid online and he would say stuff now wait a minute, sit down right there, now hold on, etc his tone was rude like he was doing us a favor, jeez The man who works for him was embarrassed for us as well.

Truck was fine. service for pick up was fine. Final invoice showed extra charges for days that I did not have the truck, and for an insurance coverage that I did not agree to on my origional invoice.

The facility was a mechanic shop attached to a field. The uhauls were parked in a field with no concrete. It rained the day prior so the field was soggy. HOWEVER Bob took care of me. I needed an adapter for my trailer lights. He went out of his way to drive to the nearby Napa to purchase it. I appreciate the gesture. I will take service over amenities any day.

I had a problem with shurup retail I call to confirm that I was picking up a trailer the woman that answered the phone told me they were not renting uhaul equipment nor were they receiving equipment. I informed her I had a trailer reserved for me she told me to go somewhere else . Not a good experience now was it an example of a professional

I declined roadside coverage through U-Haul. 20 minutes later I got the U-Haul stuck in sand at my house. I called U-Haul for assistance assuming they would be able to get me in touch with someone who could help (knowing full well I’d have to pay for it myself due to declining the coverage.) The U-Haul representative told me she called 7 U-Haul approved towing companies and they all declined to send someone to my location or to even give a quote to send someone to my location. I called Dr. Bob (the location I rented from) and he was very helpful! He gave me a few local options of people he trusted, one of which was able to help. I was very disappointed in the customer service I received from the U-Haul corporate roadside assistance. I am not upset at having to pay for my own tow since I fully understood what I was giving up when I declined U-Haul’s coverage. What upset me was the fact that U-Haul told me “we can’t help you, try google or the yellow pages.” I would think a company who rents out trucks of that expense would at the very least be able to get a customer in touch with someone who would at the very least be able to provide a quote to get a truck out of a particular situation. I mentioned how I was treated to the man who ended up pulling me out of the sand and he said “that doesn’t sound like the U-Haul I know, that doesn’t sound like them at all.”

Office personnel excellent, friendly and professional . The truck over all was clean but the back needed swept out, coffee or soda spilled on Council and there is a smell of cat urine, very strong smell in cab. Truck well-maintained and operator with out any trouble. As always was unable to use check in or drop off online because your server would not work properly. And fact is your computer system crashed twice while they were manually checking out the truck for me. This seems to happen every time I run equipment. You definitely need to update you Computers and software.
